We live in the central disctict "Nippes", in one of the most typical and popular neighbourhoods of the city. Here we have parcs all around us, the river Rhine, the zoo and the botanical garden are nearby. At the same time, we are just 1km from the downtown district's limits. The trade fair grounds are about 10 minutes by car or taxi. The apartment is conveniently furnished - comfortable beds are important to us, a usable small kitchenette, a clean bathroom with tub. You have a TV with an incredible number of cable channels, and our WiFi connection is free of charge. Since we've been renting out our cute little apartment for more than 7 years, we've had many business travellers, friends and family of people from the neighborhood, and of course tourists staying with us. Many or our guests are regulars. It's a quiet, compfy place that gives you complete independence. Free parking is right around the corner, so is a bus stop. Even the subway is not far, and it takes you in a few minutes (4 stops) to the heart of the city, to the Cologne Cathedral. Naturally, bedclothes and towels are included, and we do the cleaning for you.

Diverse gastronomy and shopping in the immediate vicinity, a stone's throw from Cologne Cathedral (3 stations), three subway lines (12, 13 & 15) can be reached in a few minutes. Sleeping possibilities for 3 guests are available, 1.40 m bed in the bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room. Weekly cleaning for longer stays.

We rent a newly renovated apartment with a south-facing balcony, adjacent to our own apartment. The bright apartment has a Pentry kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and sink. It is very central - but quiet - in the heart of Nippes. Shopping, the weekly market, nice cafes, restaurants and playgrounds are within walking distance. By tram you can drive about ten minutes to the main station. The fair is also easily accessible. We look forward to seeing you!

Small but nice

Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Florastraße subway station less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and was recently extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I am not there.

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).

Our property is located in the trendy district of Neuehrenfeld. The district is centrally located and very well connected in terms of traffic. There are many different restaurants. You'll love my place because of the comfy beds, the bathroom and the small kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, adventurers, and families (with children).
