Our host was very helpful, the pool is very quiet and peaceful and the room was spacious and comfortable. We checked in late and it was no problem. The breakfast was very tasty also, and she was able to help us with anything we needed.

I had an amazing time at this villa! Upon arrival, I was amazed by the charm of the spacious, quiet, super well decorated place, it immediately felt good. Everything was fine, nothing was missing. And most importantly, the host was great: super responsive, nice, attentive... we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Honestly, it was a perfect break. Welcoming and flexible host, breakfast included and very good! The environment is nice and close to activities on Ninh Binh. They also rent scooters on site for a reasonable price. We were very pleased with our stay! Only downside: we booked a room with a view of bamboo and were finally accommodated in a room that had no view.
