Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nilo

A very nice place, just like the photos. Large, cute habs, cute kitchen, living room, pool, it's very organized and clean. I recommend bringing sound (a bafle), there is no equipment with bluetooth and the TV does not work, plus the wifi was intermittent. But there is a good signal for data. They sell you some supplies, however like everywhere else bring food and others. There are no shops nearby. In generl a place that is well worth coming back and I recommend visiting. The estate corresponds to the description and the photos posted, super quiet environment and suitable for resting. You must bring what you need, for your stay. However, Mrs. Maria who delivers the keys makes addresses for some necessary items. The option for improvement, this is in the kitchen items, pots and crockery require replacement, they are very worn.

Everything was super, the only thing I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay is that they wear repellent, maybe for the season we stayed there was quite a bit of a hole at certain times of the day .... otherwise everything was perfect ... thank you very much to Angela for everything..

Beautiful house, quiet ensemble, we went on Christmas and beautifully decorated. Kitchen with everything you need, large grill. The attention of the friendly Pools and daily cleanliness. The house is 3 km away from the central park. The host is always attentive and the security guards of the group are very collaborating and attentive. We'll be in before check-in time. Thank you . The place is great, the parking area is spacious, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the pool is amazing. The play area has good lighting at night and enough space for each (billiards, bolirana and tejo). The kitchen is comfortable and the services work well. Xiomara and his colleagues are excellent hosts, respectful and friendly, the place is private and is allowed to enjoy. He is close to Ricaurte in case he wants to change the environment or is required to buy something.

Great place to rest

Juan's home is a little paradise in Sylvania. It is my 2nd time staying there while visiting family. I felt at home each time I stayed at Juan's home, that feeling is priceless. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very nice, it met the expectations of the listing, very cozy, clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind that the pool must be booked, the spaces are 1h, however it can be sandwiched between the pool 1 and 2, how good the pool is prevented from being crowded, the bad every hour you should move between one and the other if you are going to be for an extended space there. After the reservation and the details are not dealt with with Edwin directly but in my case Mr. Victor Diaz, the neck was attentive to our needs and always responded clearly. Great stay overall

The house is very large, perfect for several people. The private pool is spectacular and the landlord constantly keeps it clean and in good order. There are not many shops around but it is close to Melgar by car. The admin, Esteban, is always available for any questions. Certainly an excellent option for a weekend!
