Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nile

We had a pleasant stay, Valerie's house is a real haven of peace. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The house is functional, very well equipped, we lacked nothing (very well equipped kitchen, iron etc...) Thank you to Hagag who welcomed us and was very attentive throughout the stay. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Even if the accommodation is not along the Nile, it is barely 10 minutes by Tuktuk. The pool is a real plus, allowing you to overcome the hot weather in Luxor.

Walid was a great host, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was always available if I needed anything, but otherwise left to be at home - welcomed after a day exploring! The place was exactly what I expected, located on the West Bank, a very short walk from the public ferry. It offered some peace from intensity of the city. The secluded garden was a special place to start and finish days, feeling immersed in a more authentic Egyptian experience than I would get anywhere else. The Egyptian and Moroccan architecture makes for a fantastic experience, with domed ceilings and arches built into all the rooms, and some quite special bathrooms (I had a tour). My room was spacious, had plenty of places to spread out my things and all the modern features needed (AC, fridge, hot water, power sockets). Walid and his family have clearly put passion, energy and creativity into building this place and I really wish Walid success with future plans, which I hope to return and see.

Sharm el sheikh it’s a beautiful place, but staying on the Airbnb of Ileana was even more incredible, she and her husband were always so kind, the Airbnb includes a private beach (in sharm all beaches are private for hotels and their hosts and public beaches to pay) and it’s amazing, and also you have a lot of things nearby, like supermarkets, pharmacy’s, etc, and the farsha cafe is also like 5-10 min away by walking. The host always made us feel like home and they included beach towels which were very helpful. A 20/10 experience staying here, totally recommend.

It was truly a private, peaceful, and perfect place to escape from everyday life and relax. The heated pool was great, allowing for a swim in the morning and evening. Mahmoud was always kind and responsive to the customers' needs. The hot water worked well, and the kitchen and living room were spacious, making the stay very comfortable. Abdo, who supported us during our stay, was also very kind and did his best to meet all our needs. Thanks to them, it was a wonderful trip. Thank you!

Here's my advice. If you're not going to rent a car, be sure to agree with the host about a driver. It will be a comfortable and safe journey. The host will also help with making safari. The house is clean and in order to meet the requirements. The pool is clean, the rooms have air conditioning. Everything was nice, recommended.

We loved the place because it is very close to the compound gate which ease the walk to nearby restaurants. Also, you feel like staying at home in term of cleanness and organization. On top of that you get a warm welcome by the host. Highly recommended.

From pickup at the airport to transfer back to the airport, absolutely every part of our 5 day break was amazing. Check in was super easy and I cannot thank Ahmed enough for his amazing and attentive support every step of our break. He is a credit to Luxor! Beautiful surroundings. High quality apartments. I really enjoyed my stay in Filo's flat - looks exactly like the pictures, everything clean and well maintained. Even though it's close to two big roads it's not that noisy - but you still can get out of the area quickly, be it by Uber or Metro. I especially liked the balcony to read and enjoy the neighbourhood. Filo also was a really helpful host, setting me up with one of his friends for a trip to the new administrative capital. So I could still learn something new from him, even though I know Cairo quite well.

We keep coming back to May's place because it feels like home every time. The place is excellent, the location is right in the middle of everything but with enough privacy and quiet, and May is one of the best hosts we've ever dealt with. We'll always recommend her place.

Our stay at Maged’s place in Cairo was truly exceptional. Communication was effortless, with clear instructions and quick responses. Maged even helped us arrange a private car, which made our arrival smooth and easy. The apartment was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The large balcony overlooked a famous mosque and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The gated property felt completely safe and secure. What made this stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of Maged’s father, Mr. Mohy Elprince. His calm, kind, and generous presence made us feel instantly at home. He helped us with anything we needed, brought us delicious local Koshary, and even gifted us lovely souvenirs from Egypt. His thoughtfulness touched our hearts. Maged was also respectful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you both for such a warm and memorable experience. We’ll always cherish it and definitely hope to return when we visit Cairo.

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

My family had a great stay at Ineke and Azzab's place. West bank location allowed us to explore a more relaxed side of town, but still had plenty of walkable restaurant options. Super helpful in setting us up with a very good tour guide and hot air balloon. The house came with staff for transportation and breakfast (both cost extra, but well worth it for our family) that were excellent, helpful, and welcoming. Place was clean, secure, and comfortable with all the amenities we could need.

My family and I (wife and two kids) booked the stay at Ghada's / Shahinaz's place which is located on the Westin Katemeya Dunes Golf Resort property. The entry into the apartment was a bit unique, but the apartment is a massive apartment with large living spaces, golf course views, a large office. It was an all around amazing experience. Since you're on the property you can also access the amentities at the Westin resort (paid separately). We were visiting local friends, so unfortunately did not have time to visit the hotel amenities. It felt like home and did not disappoint. Shahinaz and her team were amazing from start to finish.

Very good accommodation faithful to the photos, the hotel is very clean and friendly. The location is slightly far away but transport does not cost much so no problem. I recommend it, and the hotel restaurant is a little extra and great!
