Holiday rentals with lake access in Nikšić Municipality

The house was very comfortable and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Marija was a perfect host and replied to my inquiries very quickly.

Our stay in Seljani has been absolutely wonderful! The house provided us with a cozy and welcoming home base to explore the stunning Durmitor National Park. The peace and tranquility we found here made our experience truly special, allowing us to disconnect and fully enjoy the natural beauty around us. Plužine is a lovely town too, and we had great dinners at the Svono Jazz Restaurant. The surrounding biodiverse nature is truly breathtaking, offering us the perfect blend of adventure and serenity. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival, including the thoughtful welcome gifts, to the charming details of the house itself, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. We hope to return one day to experience more of the beauty this region has to offer.

We enjoyed the stay in Majda’s house. Majda is super host and it was our pleasure to meet such a great person. She was waiting for us till we arrived vary late in the evening. She prepared small and very yummy refreshment and for our children bonbons. The house is located in very calm area wit stunning views. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner each day on terrace. Near to the house is canyon wit very nice place for picnic and small swimming in the river. The access to the canyon is only with the guider. Very near to the house is very good restaurant Nevidio with very professional service and super top cusine. All the nature is very near and we made each day trips to mountain. "Village house Baćo" is a dream come true. Offering complete privacy, serenity and escape from the city noise and summer heat. The interior is clean, sparkling new, well-though out and functional. You have everything you need, even for a longer stay. The exterior is nothing short of magical. No neighboring houses in sight, the lot is bordered by a seldom used road (so you can approach by a car easily, while not having cars constantly pass by) and by a forest, which is the first thing you see through the bedroom window when you see. The host was perfect as well. He made sure we could check in easily and earlier than usual, and that we have everything we need. P.S. I highly recommend that you park your car at the house, and go for an amazing walk through the area, visiting the two lakes, and the canyon.

Het is een prachtig huisje met een prachtige grote tuin waar je heerlijk tot rust komt. Natasa is erg vriendelijk! We kregen een erg warm welkom toen we aankwamen bij het huisje. Natasa had allerlei lekkere hapjes klaargemaakt.

After staying in Perast, Tivat, Budva and Cetenje we decided to head back to Grahovo and liked it so much we extended our holiday and extra 4 days. The main tourist places were too busy for us (July). This house is in a peaceful village in the mountains only 30 minutes drive from the Bay of Kotor and all the restaurants and water activities. We absolutely loved it here and highly recommended it as a good base for day trips to all the popular tourist destinations. Svetlana was really nice and helpful. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. There's also 3 small shops in the village cafe and a restaurant at the main road only a short drive away. There's also a small lake 3 minutes drive away that's nice for a swim.

Host was amazing! Breakfast also was great. Good location, big house, many beds.

房间里的设备一应俱全，周边环境很安静舒适，并且房东人非常好，还为我们准备了小零食，布置了房间，因为小朋友喜欢小狗，在我们店询问下房东还带了家里的小狗狗和我们玩耍（小狗也很热情哈哈哈）。如果有机会我很乐意再次入住。

A fantastic experience! We spent 3 nights, and the we have only good things to comment - Natasa and Milos are very friendly and helpful, the place itself is beautifully located 15 meters from the lake, secluded and quiet. Perfectly equipped, perfectly clean. The place is actually more beautiful than the pictures :) Thank you for the perfect vacation!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Milos und seinem Bruder Philip empfangen. Zusätzlich wurden wir mit einem lokalen Wein als Geschenk überrascht :) Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet alles, was man sich an einem See erträumt: direkter Zugang zum Wasser, SUPs und Kajaks. Milos ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen. Es ist alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr sauber und neu. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maple House! For all three days, the weather was so harsh that we found ourselves confined indoors. But what could have been a disappointment turned into pure bliss. The rustic charm of the house, the cozy warmth of the wood stove, and the dramatic mountain views from every window made every moment magical. Adding to the experience was Stojan, our kind, attentive, and ever-smiling host, who ensured we felt cared for throughout our stay. It truly was the happiest “confinement” we could have imagined!

What a magical place, the village and the house are so peaceful, you are truly surrounded by nature of all kinds. I have never seen so many wild flowers with a carpet of purple autumn crocuses attracting bees, butterflies and other insects. In the 4 days we stayed we saw, or heard, over 35 different birds, including a flock of Bee-eaters, Kingfishers, Tree Sparrows and Spotted Flycatchers to name a few. It wasn't ideal weather for bird spotting either so I imagine there's plenty more to see! The river was crystal clear and whilst we planed to explore further afield we didn't need, or want to, we were more than content to spend our days wandering around the village, following the river and eating every night in the amazing restaurant that is a 15 minute walk from the house. The house is bigger than it appears in the photographs, is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Milos is an exceptional host and I would definitely recommend you stay here!

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce logement. La vue était à couper le souffle, le calme et le silence environnants nous ont vraiment permis de déconnecter. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait sur place pour se sentir comme chez nous. Nous avons été accueillis par le papa d’Ivan, un monsieur adorable et très chaleureux, ce qui a donné le ton de notre séjour dès l’arrivée. Mention spéciale aussi à Ivan, un hôte très réactif : lors d’une petite coupure de courant, il a répondu immédiatement à nos messages. Et cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de vin, une attention que nous avons vraiment adorée 🍷 Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés !
