A cottage near Ostrog (4km), which is a really great position. The hosts are great, the house is clean and tidy, the location is super. We recommend 100%. Thanks Nina and Alex.

The house was a warm characterful homely place with plenty of amenities to feel right at home. We were lucky to get free parking just above property on main road (as went in the shoulder season at end of May). You could get lost easily but we had clear video instructions of path to take. From the free parking there are old steps all the way down from main road to bay front. Isodoras place is a short way down maybe 5 mins down. Another 5 mins walk down and you are in the most picturesque area of the bay - divine - surrounded by small bay restaurants all overlooking the stunning mountains. A short walk to the right is a stunning gravel beach. The water was fresh but so clean and surrounded by trees and mountains. The walk back up the stairs to the apartment gets you fit! We loved perast the most of our visit as so peaceful and serene. A short fun boat ride takes you a cross to the lady of the rocks £5 and kotor old town is an easy drive away for a short day trip. Secluded private and great views at the spot. Quiet and loved listening to the birds daily. The cottage is cozy, has everything you need. We used the kayaks on the lake and would have loved to swim if the lake was warmer (too early in season when we went). Didn’t leave the cottage much and cooked everyday there. Google maps overshot the location a bit, but with the photos given we could find it (the real driveway is before what google says it is). We would love to return!

We had a great stay in Kostana’s house. The terrace is amazing and the location in the village is perfect, very central and close to stores, restaurants, beach and bakery. We absolutely loved staying in Risan, it’s a quiet village, not touristy. Don’t miss the Sunday market.

Hans and Ronique welcomed us in their home and gave us great recommendations. Their house is perfect to spend a few days in peace.

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

What can I say, everything was amazing. Best guest with delicious home-cooked food and self-made liquor. I can't understand a word they are saying but I felt they are treating us like their nephew and niece. The room was tidy and comes with a warm fireplace. You can't take a shower, but there is drinkable tap water in the room. There is no electricity in the room itself, but you can easily charge your devices in the hosts' place. There is a gaslight in the room, but bringing a small charged light will make your stay much comfyer. Apart from minor inconveniences (part of the experience), you get an unforgettable view. I had never seen so many stars at the same time in my life. P.S.: We met a guy driving 2 hrs of winding road just to deliver 2 pack of beer that he put to sell in this place. Ture businessman.

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Perfect accommodation for our group of 9! The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location was ideal and we loved the pool. The only negative points were that the wifi was malfunctioning and one of the showers was leaking.

This is a great house to enjoy the beauty of kotor bay. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to relax in the house with comfy sofas and a big dinning table. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view and birds visiting to drink. However it is too deep to stand anywhere so not for small children. There is no shower facility by the pool so we had to have bottles of water to rinse off before we went in. They had 4 sun loungers by the pool. I would definitely come back here if we visited Montenegro again as it was a lovely home for me and my family for a week. Risan is beautiful and the restaurants are good value and the waiting staff are super friendly. Not much to do but that was the idea for us.

Great flat and residence in general , comfortable pool. The respond very quick to any of our doubts among the stay very easy. Great location and the view from the terrace it’s to die for….. looking forward to return. Thanks guys !

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

Really enjoyed our stay here for a week. Great view and pool. Lots of stuff for kids. Lovely welcome gift and well stocked with toiletries etc. Communication very good. Would recommend.

Beautiful accommodation – quiet location, absolute relaxation, cozy - simply great! The check-in went completely smoothly and Danijel responded incredibly quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

First of all, I would like to thank Dragana for her hospitality. It was our first day in Montenegro and we didn't even know which restaurant to go to. He responded to each of our questions in a prompt and friendly manner. He provided advice. It was easy to enter the house, a perfect neighborhood with a great view. I wish I could have booked for more than 2 days. Close to Kotor, at the bottom of the sea, and you can enter whenever you want. Since Ljuta is located inland, the sea water was warmer than in Budva. Having a sun lounger and umbrella at home and being able to use them whenever you want is another plus. Note: Do not turn off the buttons next to the bathroom light, these are to keep the combi water hot ;)

Very cute van, Radoje really put everything we need inside, we feel that he himself is used to going on a trip and that he knows what is important and pleasant for a trip. he also has excellent advice on places to sleep/visit. The van is still quite old, so the driving is difficult to get in hand at first, but we get used to it well, and by going slowly took us wherever we wanted to go!

My family and I stayed at Nikola's place for a month. This great, quiet, beautiful location. House all amenities. And most importantly, this is excellent high-speed Internet. This place is suitable for anyone who wants to relax in silence or work fruitfully on the project. Separately, I want to note the animals that live on the premises. They are lovely, friendly dogs that guarded the grounds and us. They made us good company. Thank you to the hosts for the perfectly organized space in the house. We had what we needed.

Our stay was incredible. The apartment is impecable, very very clean, good WiFi connection, next to the monastery, we have no complaints. Ivona’s mom is very lovely and cook very well, we highly recommend her breakfast. It’s well equipped and all the furniture looks new. We loved ❤️
