岡山・倉敷・高梁・県北などの中間に位置し、2021年11月末にオープンした岡山観光に最適な宿泊施設です。 ★インドア 築100年以上の蔵をリノベーション、フジテレビ湾岸スタジオ、GINZA SIXなどの設計にかかわった一級建築士の手によるスタイリッシュなデザインの室内は、ワンランク上の上質感です。 冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジ、IHコンロ、コーヒー好きのためのコーヒーツール、パン好きに大人気のトースターなど、滞在の時間を優雅に楽しんでいただくためのアイテムを取り揃えました。 高所で涼しく、10〜5月ごろ（気候により前後）まで、赤々と燃える薪ストーブも楽しめます。 蔵は壁が厚く、普通の民泊のように音を気にする必要はありません。窓を閉めれば大音量での音楽などもOK。 ★アウトドア 見晴らしの良いテラスで朝食やカフェを楽しんだり、また屋外での焚き火やバーベキューもご利用いただけます。（夜間8時以降、屋外での大騒音はNGです。） イチゴ摘みや、夏には畑の野菜などの収穫、薪割り体験など、田舎暮らし的アクティビティもご用意しています。 ※夏は普通に虫が出ますので、お嫌いな方はご予約をご遠慮ください。

Beautiful countryside Artist house

It takes 3 hours from Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara. You can see a totally different aspect of the city side of Japan. Green mountains, clear river, Firefly, many stars, rice field, Vegetable field. The house is a beautiful nature. And also we have good neighbors. You will see the real Japanese countryside that is not written in the guidebook. The room is surrounded by my father's and my artworks. The huge kitchen, living room, and garden are yours. Please enjoy and relax in the cozy house.

江戸から続く、慎ましくも豊かな里山暮らし！

囲炉裏を囲んで仲間とゆっくり過ごせます。風や空模様に季節を感じながら、五右衛門風呂やかまど、昔ながらのスローライフが楽しめます(カセットコンロ、IHヒーター、シャワーあります)。薪ストーブクッキング、屋外でのBBQも出来ます。 　出雲市駅から自動車で10分。出雲大社へは自動車で２5分。出雲市駅前に温泉もあります。蔵に設計事務所を併設していますがゲストのプライバシーは保たれます。平日は8時30から18時まで仕事をしています。一棟貸しでお寛ぎ頂けます。眺めの良い茅葺の小間もお使い頂けます。 　エアコンもありますが夏は縁側を開け放って蚊帳を掛けると、夏の夜風が快眠を誘います。春から秋は蛙やヒグラシ、鈴虫などの懐かしい声が枕元に届きます。 　炭火や火起こしに不慣れな方はタイミングが合えばお手伝いします。薪は無料、炭は時価でお分けします。 スーパーマーケットまで1､6キロ、出雲市駅まで5キロです。 田圃道、川土手などのを早朝にウォーキング，ジョギングすると気持ちいいです。 ペットは土間でお願いしています。畳，板の間ではゲージでお願いします。7，8月は庭のブルベリーをどうぞ。

【Teshima’s Ocean View Retreat Tokuto】King Villa

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas, King Villa & Queen Villa. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building.

小豆島　海まで30秒　どの部屋からも海が見える

小豆島町の静かな海辺に建つ一軒家です。 海と夕陽を眺めて黄昏れる為だけに建てた家です。その為テラスの階段の段数が多く大変申し訳ございませんが決してバリアフリーとは呼べません。（荷物のお手伝い等出来るだけのことは対応させていただきます） ですが、高いテラスを登った先には瀬戸内のキラキラ輝く穏やかできれいな海と毎日顔を変える茜色の夕空が待っています。 是非、時間を忘れ非日常をご堪能ください。 室内にはテラスの階段を登って入ります。バリアフリーではありません。 小さなお子様か階段を登り降りする際は必ず大人の方がお付き添いください。 また、雨の日は階段が多い為ご不便をかけるかもしれません。 また、宿前の道路は舗装されていません。 ご不便をかけるかもしれませんが、ご了承下さい。 宿の周りは自然が多いため、どうしても虫がでます。窓や扉の開閉時に虫が一緒に入ることがあります。（特に夜は宿の明かりに虫が集まります）大変申し訳ございませんが、虫が苦手な方は宿泊をご遠慮ください。 現在隣の敷地で工事をしており、うるさいかもしれません。

小さな日本家屋を民泊として提供しています。和室にカーペットを敷いた部屋なのでベッドはありません。3人程度なら布団でお休み頂ける広さです。古来の五右衛門風呂を改造したきれいな浴室、小さなキッチンもついています。家浦港から歩いて10分程度の距離です。法律によりパスポートまたは本人確認書類のコピーのご提示をお願いします。 Japanese law does require Airbnb hosts to retain a copy of passports for ALL (URL HIDDEN) exceptions.
