Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Niguarda, Milan

A beautiful apartment, cosy, modern and clean. Easy to find. The apartment had every single amenity you could need including a washer and driver (and complementary liquid tab to wash your clothes if you wish). There is a gym in the building, which was a perk for someone like me who likes to keep active. The shower pressure was amazing! (Important for someone like me), and from the living room, in the distance you can see the Bosco Verticale 😊. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop all in a walkable distance which is very convenient. The buses take you to the metro which is easy to navigate and takes you into the central parts of Milan. We also got the metro from and to the airport which took about an hour, and we could use contactless - very seamless and easy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and the host was very responsive and helpful at every step of the way! If I ever visit Milan again I will be staying here!

집이 크고 예쁘고 필요한 모든것이 준비된것도 좋았지만 (물과 와인까지!) 너무너무 깨끗하고 호스트는 너무너무 친절해서 더이상 바랄게 없는 완벽한 숙소였어요!! 셀프체크인도 편리했고 중심지까지 한번에 갈수있는 교통도 좋았고 메트로에서 내려서 가까운 집도 좋았고 이웃들도 친절하고 동네에 마트,커피숍,젤라또가게에 화요시장에서는 싱싱한 과일을 저렴하게 구입할수도 있고 구경하는 재미도 있었습니다. Yuliia! 덕분에 밀라노에서 행복하게 지내다갑니다!!! 다음에 밀라노에 다시와서 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다!

Antonio is a great host, he was helpful and responsive anytime I reached out to him no matter what time. There's nothing I can complain about as he was very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This is by far the best apartment for rent in Milan! It’s incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach the Duomo in only 20 minutes. Communication with Camillo was effortless—he was very responsive and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this apartment!

Our experience at Emiliano's property was excellent, in many different ways! To begin with, the place was just as described, clean nit and tidy, with a lot of natural light! Emiliano is a fantastic guy! We came as guests and left as friends! He was really helpful! He gave us a lot of suggestions, showed us all the things we needed, like restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. He was available at any time, for everything. Furthermore, he helped me to organise a small surprise for my wife's birthday 🎂 😊 He accompanied us at the Central Station the last day. As about the apartment, I need to say that it contained everything you need. We felt like we were living there for a long time. There were also toys for our little daughter. It is located around 15 minutes walk from Central Station and there is metro station, about 10 minutes walk as well. All in all, I would recommend this property to everyone! +5 ⭐ A big Thank You goes to our beloved friend, Emiliano! 😊

We had a lovely stay at Stefano's apartment in the Porta Venezia district. He was very welcoming on our arrival and the apartment was well located to transport links. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. There were fabulous views of the surrounding buildings and plenty of local bars/restaurants to choose from nearby. We can recommend it as a great place to stay and to experience Milan and we would love to come back again.

Super logement! Attraction touristique accessible facilement par tram ou à la marche. L’hôte nous a fait sentir comme à la maison et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. J’y retournerai avec plaisir!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's beautiful home! Jacopo and Andrea were very communicative. The apartment is very close to the castle and the beautiful park, yet off the beaten path so it was very, very quiet for sleeping at night. There were several nice restaurants nearby, but also a couple of grocery stores. We bought food for a couple of meals and were able to relax in the apartment after a long day of touring. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the AC worked great so it was very comfortable for all guests.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Très satisfaite, je reviendrais sans hésitation : appartement très agréable à vivre, très bien pensé et équipé. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui habitent sur le palier et indications utiles pour faire des courses et trouver des restaurants dans le quartier. Environnement très calme et paisible, un vrai bonheur. Je me déplaçais dans le centre en vélo (il y a une borne BikeMe à côté).

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Public transport into the inner city was nearby as well as a supermarket. Everything was perfect for us. Grazie mille…

Paolo's house is in a gated apartment complex where you can safely park your car. Subway Ca Granda is close and the apartment itself has the necessities you need.

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. The kitchen utensils provided were complete and very useful for our daily needs. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

Amazing place for those who value slow life, executive design and attention to the details. Great area with dozens of fine bars and restaurants. Home equipped with all necessary facilities. Highly recommend and already thinking of coming back!

El alojamiento cumple con creces tanto para una visita rápida a la ciudad cómo para una estancia más larga. Marco, el anfitrión, muy atento a la app y mucha amabilidad a la hora del check-in, puedes comunicarte con él fácilmente tanto en italiano, en español o en inglés. El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila y “estratégica” si quieres visitar varios puntos de la ciudad y quieres estar “cerca” de todo en metro o tranvía.
