Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Niguarda, Milan

I had a great stay at this apartment in Milan. Everything was clean, comfortable, and fully functional, just as described. The location was excellent—within walking distance to public transport and just a short walk to the Duomo. The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made check-in and communication easy. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Appartamento bellissimo corrispondente alle foto. posizione strategica per raggiungere l'Humanitas in quanto c'è la fermata del 220 praticamente sotto casa. consigliatissimo.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für 3 Personen. Wir hatten einen tollen Empfang durch Alex, weil er uns alles Wichtige beim Check-In erklärt hat und uns Tipps gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber und liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Man kommt schnell zur Metro, Straßenbahn oder zum Bus uns ist in kürzester Zeit im Stadtzentrum. Es gibt für jedem ein Handtuchset in einer anderen Farbe, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut!

The appartment has all you need for a few days stay. The location is great, 40 min walk to the Duomo, easy to check in and out and no key is needed - so less worries about losing it. A small kitchenette, for some quick cooking or coffee, running AC to keep the temperatures in check during summer and a good bathroom.

Zeer goede communicatie! Het verblijf had alles wat we nodig hadden. Zeer aangenaam.

Great proximity to the train station, we only stayed one night but it was a very nice apartment. Larger than expected and very clean with a beautiful terrace. One thing to note if you’re a larger individual, the shower is a smaller standing corner shower, but the bathroom is a good size and there is a washer available:). Enjoyed our stay very much.

Sheila è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima. Ci ha fatti sentire a casa, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano. L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica, comodissimo per chi deve recarsi allo stadio San Siro per concerti o partite. Super consigliato!

Lage ist top innerhalb kürzester Zeit beim Dom und die Gegend ist auch sehr schön. Unterkunft war gut nichts wirklich zu bemängeln

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit großer Gruppe. Michele hat zügig auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito e con tutto il necessario, da non sottovalutare l'utilizzo del garage in una città come Milano. Metro M1 a due passi. Mirko molto gentile e disponibile, super consigliato!

Good location , clean and spacious place.

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da questo alloggio. L’appartamento è pulito e confortevole. Ottime le dotazioni della cucina e del bagno. Molto accoglienti le camere. Ottima la posizione nelle adiacenze di una stazione della metro, e con una passeggiata si può tranquillamente arrivare a piedi al centro di Milano. Nella zona vi sono anche diversi ristoranti e un supermercato. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. Complimenti!

L'appartamento di Gabriele si trova in un'ottima posizione: in auto si può raggiungere facilmente Milano, Como e l'autostrada. Parcheggio comodissimo sotto l'abitazione e nei dintorni negozi e ipermercati di ogni genere . L'appartamento è spazioso e fornito di ogni comfort, pulizia impeccabile , ideale per famiglie fino a 4 ospiti. Gabriele e la sua famiglia sono persone eccezionali, simpatiche e disponibili per ogni evenienza e pronti a dare indicazioni utili per i vari spostamenti. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso di loro.

Casa davvero molto carina ad un prezzo basso! Silenziosa, moderna e con un letto super comodo. L'host è davvero attento ad ogni esigenza. La raccomando moltissimo!

Neighborhood is fantastic. Love the area and the place is a great value for the price. It’s a loft studio, so just be aware of that. I stayed with only one other person so it was great. Fabio is responsive and kind!

Esperienza molto positiva e da consigliare, l'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, curato, rifinito in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimo, l'host molto gentile ed accogliente! Mio marito ed io abbiamo trascorso un bel weekend e ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Very kind young man, always replied quickly and helpfully. He made me feel safe and comfortable – truly a warm-hearted person, also the family. I could always ask questions and was treated with care. I really liked it – I’ll definitely come back :)

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einem privaten Wohnviertel. Die Metro Station ist etwa 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ohne umsteigen ist es in 15 min möglich das Zentrum zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Bars und auch Restaurants die zum verweilen einladen. Die Unterkunft war toll, sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Auto konnten wir in der vorhanden Tiefgarage in einer der Garagen sicher abstellen. Unser Trip war perfekt! Danke an die Vermieter.

Unsere Ferien waren sehr spontan gebucht, trotzdem hat Giulio unsere Anfrage und Fragen schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm mit einem tollen Balkon.

Bardzo przestronne i ładne mieszkanie. Blisko do metra którym można dojechać w każdą część Mediolanu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecam!! :)

Luigi was great since the initial message that I sent him. He is very responsive and ready to help. The check-in process was very easy and his place is super cute. Just how it is in the pictures. He also sent me a nice list of recommendations of places to go in Milan and he was also very accommodating to our needs. I will definitely recommend you coming to Luigi’s place if you come to Milan 🙂 We will for sure be back!
