Precioso departamento con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía confortable. Muy cerca del metro. A pocos minutos de la estación de trenes y con fácil acceso a cualquier lugar de interés. Además en las cercanías hay muchos restaurantes con comida local Nos encantó alojarnos en el departamento de Stefano Volveremos sin dudas

Erstklassiger Städtetrip, das lag nicht nur an der schönen Stadt Mailand, sondern auch an der wunderbaren Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet, die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist etwas laut, das stört jedoch nicht, da die Klimanlage mit jeder Sommertemperatur zurecht kommt und man bei geschlossenen Fenstern gemütlich schlummert. Die Kommunikation mit Davide war unkompliziert, fast wie mit einem alten Bekannten. Besser geht' nicht.

If you have some work at Politecnico di Milano Bovisa campus, this is a great place to stay. Only 5 minutes walk to the campus, station is also just 5 mins walk. Davide, the host is extremely helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with oil and condiments. The apartment is spacious, and has an excellent collection of books and paintings. Finally, the terrace is fabulous, beautifully decorated, a place where you can sit and enjoy coffee. Just two things to remember, the apartment is in the first floor, if you have a large luggage, you may find it difficult to drag it through the stairs. Secondly, there is no AC, so it may get really warm in the summer months. But there are fans and if you open the window, it becomes bearable.

Appartamento ben curato e molto grazioso, ottima posizione per arrivare in centro e ben servito da bar tabaccheria e supermercato. Clarissa molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio. Consigliatissimo.

Clean, comfy spot. I found even more than expected: coffee, sweets, water, cosmetics and much more. Absolutely worth to stay. Close to nice bars, supermarket, pharmacy. Great connection to all city’s highlights by metro.

Italo ci ha dato le necessarie indicazioni sin dal primo momento fino alla partenza. L'appartamento rispecchia l'inserzione. Ha tutti i servizi essenziali. Le stanze sono grandi e confortevoli. La zona in cui si trova l'appartamento è servita da tutti i mezzi pubblici, tra cui autobus, tram e fermata della metro. Ci torneremo. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

The apartment is in a nice house with a cute inner courtyard. Airconditioning works well for the hot days and the metro is in walking distance. There is also a cafe and a gelateria close by ! Very nice stay with Michele all in all !

Everything is perfect here. Very safe as it is not located in tourist area. Peaceful and quiet residental area. Very near subway station as described. The room was very well equipped, very spacious and functional. I really have a good time staying here. Belle

Francesca was amazing. Super helpful with everything. She met us at the apartment when we checked in, showed us into the building and where everything was in the apartment. She said we could use everything in the cupboards and fridge if we wished! It is located right in the heart of the lively Navigli area which has some great restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Valentina was a very friendly and helpful host, and was always quick to respond. The apartment was original, well equipped and was located close to the metro and two train stations. We definitely recommend the apartment!

Tudo maravilhoso, voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Eddy solo per una notte, come appoggio dopo un concerti. La vicinanza con i mezzi ci ha permesso di spostarci facilmente con treni e metro. Eddy è stato un host molto presente, reattivo e preciso, fornendoci informazioni chiare sull'alloggio e sui servizi e sulle attività disponibili nei dintorni. L'appartamento, nonostante sia un monolocale, ha tutto quello che serve, arredato con cura e attenzione. Sicuramente un'esperienza molto positiva.

This apartment is lovely! Location is great—right by public transportation. It is a small apartment for four people but works. Instructions to get inside were very clear and laid out nicely.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Beautiful brand new modern high rise building outside of the center with lots of amenities a nice gym, beautiful garden, good garage, walking distance to pharmacy, shopping and some good restaurants. Quiet area. Amazing views of the skyline. The apartment is beautiful with a big terrace, great heating and cooling in every room, great internet, with everything that you need for a modern Italian experience. Only 15 minutes drive from the duomo and the galleria. Andrea is a great host that explained everything and was incredibly accommodating.

Ho avuta la fortuna di soggiornare assieme alla mia ragazza una notte in questo Airbnb. L'host, Lorenzo, è stato estremamente simpatico e disponibile, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande con cordialità. La facilità del check-in e del check-out digitale ha reso tutto molto semplice e veloce. L'appartamento era ben attrezzato, con una cucina efficiente che ci ha permesso di prepararci un pasto senza problemi. Il punto forte è stato sicuramente il jacuzzi: appena richiesto, Lorenzo ha alzato immediatamente la temperatura, permettendoci di goderci un momento di relax. La zona circostante era tranquilla e immersa nel verde, perfetta per una pausa dal caos della città. Inoltre, la vicinanza al centro di Monza e al Parco ha reso le nostre passeggiate molto piacevoli. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente!

Sono stato da Greta durante il Salone del Mobile. In tre ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento, splendido. Ricco di arredo di design e di pezzi di cultura. Tutto molto curato. Anche il quartiere é splendido. Metro a due passi dall’appartamento. Molto consigliato se cercate qualcosa di unico e di qualità!
