Life rhythm simple living close to nature!

The life rhythm in the cottage is basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly created food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There's a wood stove.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a pretty look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a detached house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Relax and slow down in this peaceful, stylish space. Wonderful with a drink on the large terrace looking over the land and the big garden. BBQ on the Treager BBQ and eat under the Hazelaar. As we entered the house we could see that the place was equipped with more than everything we needed plus a little note from our sweet and accommodating host. Also it was very clean and tidy. The Lovely vintage furnishings and color pallet combined takes you a step back in time and gives a cozy relaxed vibe. The bathtub was very nice and spacious. The garden is beautiful, unique and dynamic with lots of cool little spaces to discover and chill. The pictures don't do the place justice, you'll get plenty more than what you pay for. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

We had a really nice time in Nieuw-Annerveen. The house is beautiful and really quiet. Especially the view into the nature is breathtaking. Titia was a really nice host and she was flexible and straightforward with the check-in. We will definitely come back!

The stay was very pleasant! I was there with two adults, two kids and a dog. Paul is very nice, helpful and I was able to talk to him well in German. With on the fenced grounds was a small, private wooded area. That was perfect for the dog and my 3 year old son. Since I had to have the bedroom where I slept with my son a little warmer, both air conditioners ran at a low level at the same time and the electronics had short outages, which otherwise did not cause any problems. All in all, it was a wonderful time for everyone involved.
