Large, excellent-quality house with a lot of attention to details. Large, convenient rooms, excellent view. Patio, barbecue, games, large TV, video games, music, fully-equipped kitchen. Excellent place for a large group or a family. Feels like home. Great hospitality of the owner! Great location!

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Ev oldukça rahat ve temizdi, hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık, mutfak araç gereçleri temiz ve oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgiliydi, her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Comfortable weeks stay. Easy access with lift and key safe lock. Secure building with plenty of parking. Resort pools, gardens & bar/restaurant were brilliant. Apartment was well stocked with drinking water, beach towels, cleaning products & toiletries. A/C in the rooms although we didn’t need them, just used the portable fan. Lovely balcony with great view.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

Great location and base to explore the area and then unwind with a glass of wine and jacuzzi bath.

A great Air BnB. Very Clean and Tidy and a great location to visit the city centre ans attractions. Constantinos was a great host and communicated promptly and clearly throughout. Would stay here again.

Great urban/semi rural location in Latsia. 10 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus ride to Nicosia. The apartment is very clean and welcoming, has loads of space and everything was as described. Our 2nd time staying here, we hope to return. Thank you Alex.

This was the perfect house for vacation. Very silent. Nearly no cars or people in this area. The house was very clean and comfy. There is a climate control in every room. On the last day of our stay, the host came to us and made original Kebab with vegetables and fruits from the garden. Thanks Andreas and Dinos for this week.

I have just spent the best part of two weeks using Lenos’ quiet garden as my office. If you want a spacious, meticulously clean place in the heart of the walled city, look no further. Lenos and his girlfriend Lisa are charming and supporting hosts who have become friends. There are two cats living there as well. I am usually not a fan of cats, but the two are well behaved and a delight to have around.

Schönes großes Haus mit genug Platz. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir haben uns mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum gelegen, aber mit Auto ist alles problemlos in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Stylianos ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

My friend and I were in the area for a wedding and were in need of a place to stay overnight at the last minute. Elena’s place was perfect and she was very helpful when we spoke on the phone.

Très belle maison familiale, un accueil plus que chaleureux. Oksan est très disponible, on peut vraiment compter sur elle. Ses parents sont d'une extrême gentillesse et sont aux petits soins pour leurs invités. La piscine est grande et accessible. Je recommande fortement et merci encore !

Andrew along with him team were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. The villa was beautiful with lots of land and an amazing view. The villa was also fully equipped with everything you could need. Very excited about a return next year as it is a perfect location between being in the city of Nicosia yet having your own retreat and a pool. Very close to supermarket and restaurants.

We liked our vacation and stay at the Kalli Villa. The house was great, everybody had it's own space and the barbecue area at the outside was perfect to cook.

Super apartament. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Czysto, super widoki z najwyższego apartamentowca. Basen kryty czysty i przyjemny, wystarczająco długi, żeby pływać. Chłodno i brudno w szatniach, ale byliśmy poza sezonem. Siłownia całkiem przyjemna. Polecam jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Cypru. Auto obowiązkowe :D

A large, clean, modern flat with stunning mountain and sea views. Well kept grounds and gardens with some beautiful pools, including a little toddler pool, which were all amazingly quiet while we were there, so we often had them to ourselves! We are not sure if it's always like that, but it really made a difference. Be careful though as the shiny tiles around the pools made it very slippery. We tried the little restaurant on site a couple of times and it was always good. They also do take always, if you ask, which was quite useful for us with young children! It looked like it had a nice atmosphere in the evenings with some gentle live music, but we never got a chance to eat out at night-time. We had a few odd issues to resolve during our stay, but Jenni was always extremely prompt at responding to messages and helping. There is still some construction going on, with new apartments being built around the site as it still isn't finished, but it wasn't really close enough to be too noticeable or noisy. You will definitely need a hire car. Driving to a beach, a local supermarket or Kyrenia is not too far though. We were only due to stay 4 nights, but extended our stay as we found it suited our young family so well. If you are looking for a quiet, clean comfortable place to stay with spectacular views, lovely pools and gardens and an incredibly patient and responsive host, then I would recommend Pine Valley.
