We stayed here for a full week, hoping to feel at home—and we absolutely did. Mrs. Phuc took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. The room is incredibly spacious, with a large, clean bathroom and a comfy bed. The kitchen is massive and well-equipped, and the whole place is peacefully quiet. Tucked away in a charming little alley, the location feels cozy and local, with Café Minh just steps from the door. Would come back in a heartbeat! 💙

The room is clean, spacious and reasonably priced. There is a market and a very good sandwich shop nearby. There are many restaurants right next to the accommodation, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. It's fun to go to the walking street and the night market. P/s: the bathtub is awesome 😍😍😍

Van is an amazing host. She arranged a taxi for me at an excellent price and greeted me when i arrived to show me my room. Van also gave me many great recommendations for activities and restaurants. She was very kind & responsive with any questions that i had and would bring me lovely gifts such as food & drinks. I would highly recommend staying at her property it was a relaxing, private and clean experience. I will definitely be staying here again & recommend the same for others.

What a wonderful stay. The host always was very responsive, with clear check in instructions. Great location, close to the old quarter, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Apartment was super quiet, clean and comfortable. Had everything what you could ask for. The host is truly incredible, she helped me out to storage my luggage safely for a week when I went up north and was able to help me receive my package. I enjoyed my stay enough that I’ve stayed there twice and will gladly come back in the future. Thank you again!

Perfect place for a stay in Hanoi. We had 3 months and loved it. Most things are walkable, you have all you need close by if you are not in the mood for walking. For us, it was perfect. The apartment might not be brand new, but it is in perfect condition and is well-kept. We felt at home. We had read about the noise from the school across the street - and true, some days they like their loudspeaker a little too much, but it was usually only for a short time. It was nothing major for us. The apartment is a little strange. I guess it was designed by a very creative person, but it made it a little fun. We highly recommend this place and will certainly pick it if we return to Hanoi.
