The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is perfect for medical and business professionals! Please ask about dates, I have more days available then show on the calendar.

Secluded Palouse cottage

The Bunkhouse, our secluded Palouse cottage, began as a living quarters for farm hands. Completely renovated, it now offers guests quiet country lodging with close proximity (about 20 min) to Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston and Clarkston. Wander around the 7 acre bird habitat out the back door (might see our local deer and moose!). Enjoy morning coffee in the private tree swing and a fire pit for those chilly evenings. Spiral stairs connect the open bedroom/entertaining area to the kitchen and bath.

High quality wifi included so you don’t have to worry about connection for work or play. The front porch is the best place to hang out, enjoy the view, play yard games or watch the deer walk by. Walk to Winchester Lake and state park for fishing, kayaking, paddleboards (rentals available) or walk the trail around the lake. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the wraparound deck with outdoor seating. Roast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit then cozy up inside with the fireplace while playing pool and shuffleboard. Hells Gate is a beautiful place for a walk, hike, bike, boasting many trails to hike. One block down is Dutch Bro's and Hot Shots!

Potential for hearing/being heard by each other when in the kitchen. If you are looking for complete privacy in regards to noise, this residence would not meet your needs.
