Tye's place is in the perfect spot to attend events at the showgrounds, we were a 3 minute walk to gate 5 which was wonderful for our 4 day visit to the Caravan & Camping show. This is also a fantastic spot to attend the RBWH for appointments or visiting family & friends as the walk to the main entrance is less than 5 mins. There is a great cafe if you turn left out of the reception entrance & turn left again. Also a fantastic Vietnamese cafe if you head out of the other entrance & turn right. IGA is 850m away & if you want a bit of a walk to Woolworths it is about 1.1km. Also a gorgeous park across the road to picnic in too. In other words this is a great central location to stay in. Being in the heart of the city, it is not quiet, when the balcony doors are open you can hear traffic, when the doors are shut the soundproofing is great, you will hear sirens going in & out of the hospital, however this is city life & to be expected. A few small issues were addressed promptly.

We loved staying at Nadia's place! It was beautifully kept, very comfortable, and instantly felt like home. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, which made our stay extra relaxing and enjoyable. The location was great, the space was spotless, and communication with Nadia was smooth and friendly. The apartment was nicely appointed with lots of natural light and very spacious. The extra touches like having condiments etc in the pantry, supplies in the laundry was super helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location easy walk to restaurants, shops and a short bus ride to the city centre. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Kate

Perfectly located in the heart of New Farm. Easy walking to farmers markets on the weekends, charming cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay again.

My husband and I loved our stay here! It was our first time in Brisbane. While we were there we visited the Koala Sanctuary and took a day trip to the Australia zoo! Super great location, and felt very safe! Fiona also gave me a great recommendation for a nail salon so that was a nice addition to our trip haha

Cosy and comfortable. Tasteful decor, fluffy bedding and towels. All the necessary kitchen basics for a short city break. Great location for going out in the Valley and shopping on James Street. Great view from balcony. Responsive hosts. Definitely recommend.

Carolina was a delight to deal with, I was very comfortable with my stay and it was exactly what I needed. So happy the shops were so close because I forgot a few things it would've been a disaster for my ball I was attending. Would stay again for sure!

The stay was unbelievable exactly what we wanted close to everything beautiful view of Southbank and the river. The host was amazing to deal with above and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend anyone visiting the city especially the star casino to stay here couldn't find a better location.

Wonderful view from 30 stories up! Good location near the river walk with plenty of food options. The apartment had everything I needed. The HVAC was effective. Mark was prompt and friendly. I’d stay there again.

Hosts were among the best. Very helpful and offered good local suggestions. I would describe the unit as a “great man den”. Big screen tv, convenient to restaurants and bars, erotic art, nice work area. On the down side - No indoor eating area.

We loved our lengthy stay at Andy’s apartment. Very clean, well set up, excellent location, close to everything Brisbane can offer and the inclusion of a parking spot was fantastic. We intended to stay for 4 weeks but extended twice because it was so perfect. Extremely comfortable and a perfect home away from home.

Gorgeous and clean room, lots of kitchen stuff. Convenient to cook and has a dishwasher too. Washing clothes also good, and kindness host. We were very happy to stay here and had a wonderful time with this house. If next time we travel again, I wanna stay too:) Thanks you for everything

I recommend staying here, the view is amazing from the apartment and it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom is modern and the bed was comfy. Flasta was a great host, very accommodating and willing to help facilitate an early check in for us! The car parking is also convenient, although the location is great you dont need a car, a short walk to the busway and walkable to Southbank parklands! I would stay here again

Perfekt liten leilighet sentralt i Brisbane. Rolig, praktisk, kort avstand til alt vi ønsket å oppleve. Deilig balkong som ga muligheter for frokost i morgensolen og hyggelige kveldsstunder.
