The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It has recently been renovated providing a new bathroom and loo. The balcony is enclosed to provide a great sitting area. The building is solid brick throughout making it very quiet for those seeking a good night's sleep. There is a parking space with the apartment. It is solely used for Airbnb guests and vacant in-between bookings. Always available to provide advice to make your stay the best, unless of course I'm away staying at an Airbnb overseas. The apartment is in the trendy suburb of Teneriffe. It's near the city centre, upmarket shops, movie houses, nightlife, and restaurants. Running areas and a swimming pool are within walking distance. James Street shops are a 5-minute walk away. Check-in is from 3 pm and check out by 11 am to allow a change over if there are adjacent bookings, however, if there are no adjacent bookings then the times are flexible for check-in and out

Better than the photos. Central but private and peaceful. Was fortunate to have the entire place to myself. Cafe next door and 3min walk to Woolies. Public transport routes were great to get around even in the rain. Heaps of nice restaurants and dining options. Safe, walkable neighbourhood. Alex’s place was very clean and spacious. Water pressure in the shower was perfect despite being on the upper level. Super comfy bed and the little nook was ideal for getting a bit of work/study in. Alex was very flexible and responsive. Great communicator. Highly recommended for long stays.

Excellent studio apartment in a beautiful old wool store building on the river. Fantastic location for exploring both the local area (cafes, restaurants, micro-breweries, etc.) and well situated for Brisbane in general, with the ferry on your doorstep. Spacious apartment with everything you need as a single or couple. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, just a pictured. We chose this place due to location to work and how the photos presented. We were there for just a few days while moving interstate. Jed was so helpful and communicative. Check in was easy, location has perfect to access anything you would need, and a comfortable and beautiful space to come home to at night. Thank you so much, will absolutely stay again.

This is my first time in Australia, and I must say, James' room has left an incredible first impression! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a spotlessly clean space that smelled amazing. Its location is a dream come true—just two stops away from South Bank, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room itself is fully equipped with everything I could need, and the added perks of a swimming pool and gym make it even more appealing. I feel incredibly safe here, as access to the building and facilities requires key card entry. What's more, James has a healthy daily routine, which means the room is always peaceful and quiet. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. The view here is amazing！ Staying here has given me a wonderful glimpse into Australian home life, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I hope that one day, I can also own a house like this! I've already recommended the room to many of my friends！

Jennifer was absolutely lovely—so warm and friendly. She made me feel at home right away. The space was cozy, the bed super comfortable, having your own bathroom was great and the location is prime. It felt like staying with a longtime roommate . I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend her place. Plus, her cat is adorable! 🥰
