Nice home, great yard and garden. Plenty of space, clean, and met our needs for the stay (family of 5). Very welcoming and happy space to hang-out in. Thanks to Ella and family for creating such a great space.

Our party of 7 loved our stay here, which we used for 4 days of our California road trip. It was a good base for visiting Malibu and we also made it as far as Santa Maria. This was one of the nicest air BnB I have visited and the decoration and comfort were first class. We were made to feel very welcome by the host and would definitely stay again. Thanks

Matthew is an amazing host. He responds quickly and is always willing to help. The unit is nicely decorated with a an entry level bedroom w/bunk beds and 1/2 bath and a main level with living room, kitchen and bedroom with a full bath. There is a nice back yard deck overlooking a sea of Oak Trees. The unit is not large, but was fine for two of us and our dog. The only drawback was the home is on a narrow street with no sidewalks which made walking the dog a bit difficult. There was a great park just a 3 minute drive that our dog loved. While the backyard if fenced, there is no grass. The bulk of the back is taken up with a very steep slope.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Ben and Annie were wonderful hosts! We were very impressed with the decorating, cleanliness and response to a couple of questions we had. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our family. We can't think of anything that was not perfect! We will definitely stay there again when we're back in Thousand Oaks. Thank you, Ben and Annie, you have a great place for guests to relax and enjoy!!

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Our stay at Davids Airbnb was truly enjoyable. The apartment's cleanliness was much appreciated and added to our comfort. Its convenient location made exploring the area a breeze. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation. We would happily recommend this rental to others.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! A magical stay right on the water! We could not have been happier with this location. The space was extremely clean and comfy and right on the ocean. It is not super private because all units share a courtyard/ocean access, but that didn’t bother us. Toilet was very fancy. You are right on PCH but once you are inside it doesn’t feel that way at all. Communicative hosts. Will be back!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay here for my family of 6! Beautiful furniture and smart renovations made this a very comfortable stay! Sound of waves as soon as you walk in! Sebastian was VERY responsive to a couple questions. Would highly recommend!
