Holiday rentals with a home cinema in New Taipei City

Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

William’s Airbnb listing is an excellent choice for a comfortable, well-equipped stay. I was immediately impressed by the thoughtful design that blends cozy ambiance with modern technology. The high-resolution projector screen delivers crystal-clear visuals and immersive sound—ideal for a movie night—while the efficient controllable central air conditioning evenly circulates cool air throughout the unit. Subtle highlights include a glass mirror in the bathroom that streams YouTube, adding a quirky touch without dominating the experience. Practical amenities like the bidet toilet and in-unit washer/dryer simplify daily life, and the location is ideal—quiet yet only a two-minute walk from a vibrant night market. One particular incident underscored William’s exceptional hospitality: when I encountered an issue early on, he didn’t just offer a simple yes/no reply but provided an in-depth, comprehensive solution that truly exceeded my expectations. I highly truly recommend this listing.

Fantastic stay. It is a large, light-filled apartment with a lovely view. Easy to walk to the MRT and a great selection of restaurants.

Our lodging requirements were centered around our elderly mom - elevator, secure building, minimal walking to mrt, central to relatives/friends, basic kitchen, enclosed shower. This unit hit the mark, although I would have to be running to make the mrt in 3 min. We also appreciated the cleanliness (the unit and the building), projector, good beds/bedding, great washer, number of hangers, and proximity to lots of good eats. Hosts were very helpful during check-in (finding the unit) and check-out (leaving luggage for later pickup).

MRT雙連駅から徒歩2分だし、 周りは飲食店、ドラッグストア、コンビニだらけで、便利の一言に尽きます。 朝はすぐ近くの雙連市場があり、 その周辺は隠れ名店が多いので、 朝昼晩の食事が楽しみで仕方ありません。 そして ここ数年で大人気なオシャレな赤峰街がすぐ裏にあって、めちゃくちゃ賑わってます。 寧夏夜市も徒歩10分ぐらいで尽きますし、台北駅も近いから立地条件はバツグンです。 唯一、 少し残念なのは、 階段なので… 荷物が多い方は少ししんどいと思います… 自分は今回3Fに泊まったけど、 荷物はそこまでなかったので まだ疲れなかったんです。 でも 総合的に考えれば、 かなり高評価な宿だとオススメ出来ます。 次回もここに泊まりたいです。

住宿環境優美 設計有質感，房東溝通迅速順暢，僅床墊軟硬不一 有進步空間，下次有機會一定會再入住喔！

Highly recommend staying with Dave! His place is in near-new condition. All of the appliances are all brand new and very luxurious. The best part is that this place conveniently located right next to the train station. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and malls, making it super convenient. Dave was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

《停車》雖然是在小巷子裡面隨便停，但停了三天沒遇過沒位子 《房間設備》整體房間設備非常高科技，燈光跟窗簾都是遙控操作 燈光可以調整到非常亮也可以到完全暗，算是優點也是小缺點 （睡前要找到對應的遙控器，如果有一鍵全暗會更方便） 浴室有簾子但還是有點縫隙，沒辦法100%遮羞 免治馬桶、超寬淋浴間、Dyson吹風機、超大鏡子👍 《備品》特別想稱讚洗髮精沐浴乳等都非常好用，很香完全不會澀！！！ 洗衣機配有烘乾功能還有洗衣精，每天洗乾淨浴巾非常開心 投影機非常好用舒適，還可以連自己帶的switch 但會有運轉聲，然後被樓梯小擋到有點可惜 小小缺點👉床底灰塵、房間門鎖超大聲、微潮濕

Clean and comfortable stay in owner’s family home. Good location with restaurants nearby and Kavalan distillery a short drive away. Highly recommended.

Overall a pleasant stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-located. A few small details like the address given by the host and single keycard for two guests affected convenience slightly, but it’s still a solid option.

Ellis es una anfitriona estupenda. Te deja máxima libertad para comunicarte con ella o no, de modo que no te sientas obligada a tener relación con ella mientras estás en su casa, ni ella contigo. De este modo la relación fluye fenomenal. Me he sentido muy cómoda en su casa, y todas las fotos e instrucciones se ajustan a la realidad. La casa está muy cerca de la National Taiwan University, y perfectamente comunicada con todo Taipei. Muy cómodlo. Repetiría sin dudar. 😀

整體100分，唯有廁所排水系統不優….🥲洗澡時都是積水狀態😭
