Comfy apartment (with a great shower) in a lovely neighbourhood. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus route to get into NYC. Estefania was a great host. Would recommend this rental.

This rental is definitely 5 stars. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The owner Robert was so nice and responded right away if I had any questions. The house was beautiful and had all the amenties you could possibly need. Such a great experience and highly suggest this location to others!

My kids and I had a great stay. There was plenty of space for us. The place was clean and provided many amenities. We had a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

Our stay was great ! The place is just like described in the photos ! Dayana is a great host and was quick to respond to all my queries and provided me with extra essentials when requested for ! The area has restaurants and grocery stores nearby too ! The driveway is bit narrow for parking a standard size SUV in the garage in the backside of the rental unit. But we were able to park it with no issues !

Great private room and for a great price too! If you’re passing through for one or two nights, this is an excellent place to stay. Rhonda was extremely friendly and very responsive when we had questions. If we ever need a quiet, private place to stay, we will definitely come back!

I was in town and needed a place to stay last minute and this was just what I needed. The host was responsive and very accommodating. The place was neat and had everything. I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in Newark.

Michele was very easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our stay. The place is unexpectedly spacious, even more so than the photos let on! Great neighborhood as well.

My stay at Frankie’s was nothing short of a pleasurable experience. Not only was the house spotless and stocked with everything I may need, Frankie was extremely flexible, and responsive to all my questions leading up to and during my stay. The location is perfect with great walk ability to the beach and restaurants. I look forward to booking again in the future for a peaceful retreat to the Jersey Shore and a thank you to Frankie for his great hosting.

Great place to stay. Very clean and the beds are comfortable. Lukman was easy to deal with. During the stay, there was an issue with the main door lock and he came quickly and replaced it. Parking was easy on the property itself and no need to park on the road. We had a good time. Thank you.

Big comfortable home that's very convenient. Ideal for all our needs. Hosts were friendly and on top of things. We would stay again if visiting the area in the future.

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s Beach House near the bay! The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The saltwater heated pool was a definite highlight—perfect for morning swims and evening dips. Sandy was more than accommodating and incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The beds and linens were soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The beach was just a short walk away, quiet and peaceful—and we practically had it all to ourselves. The homestead was well-appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living areas, everything was just right. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back again!

The view is truly breathtaking. It is a haven for relaxation. Unfortunately, the bus connection to the city is very unreliable and you have to take the route via Light Rail and Path to get to NYC. It's a time-consuming process. Otherwise everything's great.

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. Thank you Dan,Diane, for your professionalism, and your warm hearts. We appreciated our treats for our dog. God Bless you both,until we meet again. P.S. Tell Your neighbor, nice meeting them.

It’s honestly a great place to stay. The only issue is parking. Definitely gotta make time and plan that out . Other then that perfect stay 👌

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.
