Holiday rentals with a kayak in New Jersey

Great stay! Amazing location and great house, just like the pictures. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, gorgeous balcony and backyard patio. No beach towels provided though so fyi for future guests to bring your own!

This was my first Air B&B experience and it did not disappoint. From booking the place to check-out was easy. I love the pre screen. The hosts are wonderful. They answer you promptly, go above and beyond to make sure your stay is excellent. They even had things there in case you forgot something. The location was perfect for us, as we go on the charter boats at the Marina. Great restaurants in the area in both walking and driving distance. I would recommend this to any couple that's looking for a quaint little place.

This place is exactly as advertised - great place on the lake with everything you’d need! Amanda is a lovely host who is very responsive. We had a delightful time - super convenient for our time in the area for a family graduation.

Excellent stay at this property over the New Year's holiday. The house is in a great location on a quiet street and has a beautiful view of the lake. The space was great for our family with two children - plenty of sleeping space / arrangement options and comfortable to relax inside or out. Can easily accommodate a larger family or group without feeling overcrowded, despite the single bathroom. Santino is a great host with quick communication and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back to this property in our future stays to NJ!

The home was perfect for our trip—cozy, spotless, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, and the host made check-in super easy. They were also very responsive when we had questions. Plenty of room for everyone. Would happily return!

Everything we could have hoped for. Met our kids who came from NYC. They thought it was gorgeous. We all enjoyed the amenities, especially the outdoor features (kayak, paddle boards, comfy furniture on the dock, grill, hot tub, firepit). Knives were sharp, appliances top notch. Friendly neighbors. Just what a lake vacation should be.

The house is amazing.. Looks just like it does in the pictures, really does feel like home.. Teresa is amazing. Gave a lot of suggestions for my friends and I to do in town for our stay. Definitely will be planning another trip this summer to stay at this beautiful home. Can’t wait to go back Thank you Teresa!!

Dongmei’s place was absolutely amazing! We had such a wonderful family experience. The place itself was extremely peaceful and super clean. The kitchen was amazing. Making breakfast while seeing/hearing/smelling the bay was awesome. The kayaks were top notch and the water accessibility was second to none. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed for a very comforting private atmosphere. Super close to supermarkets, restaurants and anything else you’d need. Thank you for providing this gem

Aga couldn’t have been a more responsive and gracious host. The house is simply perfect - the outdoor areas are expansive and beautifully appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms are all renovated and beautifully maintained. We absolutely loved our stay. 10/10 and will definitely rent this lovely home again.

Stacey and Dan were such thoughtful and gracious hosts. They thought of everything to make the stay a comfortable and enjoyable one for us. We loved location. It was safe, peaceful, and so enjoyable. The bay is literally a 5 minute walk even for not so fast walkers like myself lol. The care and attention to detail is remarkable and well worth the effort, time, and money for this beautiful home. Peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake, wonderful house and amazing hosts! Had an absolute ball kayaking, fishing, and enjoying nature. This was my second trip and can’t wait to go back again.

We stayed for a weekend at NJ shore escape and although the weather was not as warm as we had wanted, our stay was wonderful. The home is very comfortable, clean, and homey. We were able to use the hot tub on our first night, and it was very relaxing with the waterfront view. Salvatore was easy to reach and provided good info on what restaurants and shops were in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near the Jersey shore, minutes from LBI and Atlantic City by car. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

Pauls place was truly a home away from home. The house and property are absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting out on both the porch and dock every single day. It was so peaceful and the sunset view is SPECTACULAR. Paul was a great host and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He is also very quick to respond- love that! (Thank you, Paul!!) This will definitely be our new vacation spot when we come down to the beach! Its perfect!

Our entire family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Teresa’s place! It’s a cozy, quiet, and charming home. It’s conveniently located near the bay, making it an easy walk to the beach. The house’s size is perfect for a small family, and everything looks exactly as depicted in the pictures. Teresa is an excellent host, incredibly friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

Our family and dogs had an amazing stay at this lakeside home! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views. We took full advantage of the kayaks, swam in the lake, and spent our evenings grilling, relaxing on the expansive patio, and unwinding by the fire pit. The house had everything we needed for a peaceful and fun getaway. The host was also excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing escape

We recently stayed at the Bridge House at Swan Lake Resort. We really enjoyed our time there. It's a beautiful, comfortable, well decorated home that has stunning views of the lake. There's a large wrap around deck that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen is also quite large and has beautiful, state-of-the-art appliances. We were in town for a wedding and the location of the property made it very easy to get to the venue. We would definitely consider staying there again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Absolutely lovely lake house and we loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer. Bob was great in providing instructions and information, and was very flexible. There is good parking for 3 cars, pictures and description is very accurate. You do have to walk down a path and steps to the house (as pictured), and the three main bedrooms are upstairs. The views are the lake are fantastic! And the covered porch on the back of the house looking out over the lake is just wonderful. This was a very special gathering of lifelong friends for a wedding celebration nearby and it was such a great place to stay to enjoy spending time together in a beautiful setting. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare meals, great appliances and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker (preferred) is provided. Wifi worked well. Bathrooms very clean. Lovely linens, bedding and towels provided. Bob was a wonderful host and this is a wonderful gem of a place.

The house was well kept. Its private location was great for a nice get away, and it was very peaceful watching some of the local wildlife.

My 12 year old son and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is exactly as advertised. My son enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the picturesque lake. The surroundings are scenic and tranquil. I enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunrises over the lake while drinking my espresso. We enjoyed the fire pit as the sun set and the stars came out. If you like nature and quiet as well as a clean house this place is ideal. I would come back here anytime.

This was a last minute quick get away and let me tell you I was very much so at peace the host was very helpful and responsive if your looking for a peaceful getaway I promise this is the place for you !

Our stay at Emily’s lake place was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations! We were there for the week leading up to and including our son’s graduation from West Point, which is an hour from “the lake place,” as we affectionately called it. The West Point portion of our week was both wonderful and stress-filled with lots of travel back and forth between the two places, so the fact that the lake place was exactly as advertised was such a relief! The weather was cold and rainy for our entire week there, yet our stay in Emily’s cabin was peaceful, relaxing, and fun-filled. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, including the spices for cooking! Our beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The bathrooms were spotless, as was every room. The views of the lake were truly spectacular!! As we were packing up to leave, my daughter said, “they thought of EVERYTHING!” And she was right. If we ever stay in the area again, we will definitely book Emily’s place!

We had a lovely stay at Cynthia’s serene cabin on the lake. The view is beautiful and this home is very well decorated with comfort in mind. We enjoyed the private backyard and dock as a family and we would love to return. She is very communicative and a fantastic host.
