Holiday rentals with a sauna in New Hanover County

I’m nearly at a loss for words. We had a magical vacation at this stay. It’s cozy, and equipped with everything we needed and more! The beach was beautiful with rocks, tide pools, and critters for my 2 under 5 to enjoy. It’s located minutes from museums, the aquarium, and ferry to Southport. Less than 15 from the Carolina beach boardwalk. The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing and my littles enjoyed the playground as well. We loved it. We’ll never forget this special time making memories at this stay!

Was promised beach and awesome location and beach was what we got! Awesome sunrises, great views! We watched dolphins frolic in the surf. The home was away from noise and hustle and bustle. There were beach chairs, kites, some beach toys. It was what we needed!

Cute condo just a short walk to the beach. There is a nice relaxing balcony to sip coffee or relax after being in the sun all day. The beach isn’t as busy and with the rocks it helps keep the waves at bay for the little ones. There is access to an outdoor pool and also if the weather doesn’t cooperate there is an indoor pool and workout room. My family enjoyed our visit, and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Martina's place! Everything was exactly as described and the place was clean and inviting. Martina was an excellent host and sent info for local events that we might be interested in. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and it wasn't very crowded. Martina provided everything we needed for a beach day! Our kids also loved the pool, which was never very crowded either. We highly recommend Martina's place and hope to be back!

Nice place to stay. Within walking distance to the beach which was the big part for my family when we stayed. The place was pretty peaceful and didn't have any disruption of any sort. I would definitely comeback.

This home was beautiful, it literally looks as beautiful in the pictures as it does in real life. The furniture was very comfortable, the beds were great to sleep on and the master shower was great. The view was breath taking. The only issue we had was no communication during the storm. We had to move our vehicles and then we weren't able to park in our assigned parking due to debris-- however the neighboring building allowed us to park there to keep our vehicle safe and dry from the storm. It is a beautiful location and no issues with booking or checking in.

Emanuela is professional, thorough, accommodating, and generous. The downtown Wilmington units provided the perfect accommodation for our small group participating in the Wilmington marathon races as well as a spacious and central focal point to regroup with family before spending the afternoon and evening exploring all the rich history, delicious eats, and diverse character of the friendly community. The units are tasty decorated with thoughtful amenities like bedside charging stations, multiple coffee maker options and modern fixtures/appliances that offered all the comforts of home. The 15’+ ceilings, exposed brick, metal street front balconies and original wood floors give the space so much depth and personality. We especially loved the record player! Thanks for an amazing stay. You are doing a wonderful job and we’re always grateful for hosts like you.

This place is perfect and top notch. Will definitely be a yearly vacation for my family. There was plenty for the kids to do and be occupied while we had some time to sit and watch the ocean. Very close to the beach access.

Great place to stay. Quiet place to stay that is family friendly. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Right on the beach and a short walk to the private access to the beach. A few things stood out for us: The kitchen is outdated but functional, both decks need the boards replaced (watch for splinters), the sliding door off the master does not have a handle on the outside so be aware if you close the door, both sliding doors do not lock but there is pieces of wood to secure them, and the front door key pad would not work for us so we had to use the spare key (not an issue for us). Overall it’s a great place to lay your head down at night after spending the day on the beach. Would stay again.

We had an awesome quick getaway. The space was pristine and had everything we needed. The view was incredible and we were so close to the beach. We walked into town for coffee and breakfast every morning. Very quiet area and a perfect spot for some rest and relaxation. Thanks again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful, accessible to activities, and supplied all of our needs. The pool was just outside the room and viewable from the balcony and the beach was a short easy walk. The room was just as described and the host was excellent at communicating and giving clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional customer service! When our coffee maker quit working one morning, they replaced it within the hour. They were very responsive to any questions or requests. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We will definitely use Bryant Real Estate for our next trip.

The property was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Right in between the beaches and downtown Wilmington, couldn’t ask for a better location! The interior was spacious and clean. We felt comfortable and right at home during our stay. Max was responsive and really nice. We had to have the shower handle tightened and Graham who stopped by to help was awesome and got the job done in 2 minutes! We would love to stay here again, thank you Max!

We enjoyed our weekend at this condo. It was so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony and look out at the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking a couple meals there. Providing beach chairs was so nice so we didn’t have to pack those. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was decorated nicely without being cluttered. Blake was friendly in all communication and very helpful. Would stay here again!
