Raja was an excellent host and very accommodating to our situation. Her space was clean. The location was convenient and free parking was not hard to find. 10/10 stay and would love to come back. Thank you!

We were trying to find a last minute room at a hotel but all the usual hotels brands were booked and only some "questionable" hotel brands were available. I searched Airbnb and found Siemon's rooms. On the surface the room pictures looked similar to some of the budget hotel offerings, but I decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews. Siemon was helpful and proactive in all communications. When we arrived at the location, it was initially difficult to find the correct doors to enter, but I appreciated the keypad access to the outside door and the room based on a code of my choosing. The room itself was better in person than conveyed in the pictures. I would not call the furnishings luxurious, but they are clean, in excellent condition, and everything you would need for a very reasonable price. The environment was extremely quiet and restaurants are in walking distance. I would gladly stay with Siemon the next time I need a room in the area. Very happy and recommended!

This is a nice, easy place to stay at. The apartment is as described, clean and neat. The host was super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood around this apartment is a bit gritty, but it is easy to get to other areas of the city.

Was unable to make it there, but the communication was excellent.

The Depot Inn was quaint and very clean. The room seemed very large compared to a typical hotel room. Very nice and would highly recommend.

My husband and I were in the area just for the night to pick up a family member for a road trip. The location in the Depot Square connected to me, as my mom used to take me to the Farm Shoppe when I was little. I wish I had the time to eat there but we left very early. The location was convenient, different for sure - but well done. Easy, spacious, comfortable & clean. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again when visiting back home.

This was a great place to stay as a family for a ski trip! Easy ski on/ski off access to the mountain with ski lockers was a huge plus. Easy enough to walk to a few restaurants. The kids love the movie theater, pool and game room. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff at front desk.

We love staying at the Phenix whenever we are in town. Right in the middle of downtown. Plenty of parking in the area along with plenty of bars and restaurants. The rooms are great, with plenty of space. The floor to ceiling windows let in lots of morning light. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are nice and very clean. Highly recommended!

This rental was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I came out to the Berkshires with some family to take advantage of the outdoors and local communities. I've been coming out to the Berkshires for years, so I was familiar with the area, and couldn't have asked for a more convenient location with the rental being close enough to lots of great towns and main roads or highways. There was lots to do at the resort, and everything was open much later than I would have expected. The rental space itself was vary spacious and having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen and balcony were great aspects that totally added to the whole experience. I felt it was a great value for what's available in the area. We didn't have any issues with any part of our stay, so I was very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in taking advantage of everything the Berkshires has to offer.

Nice place to stay. Host very responsive. The place had everything we needed and was bright and clean. Bed was super comfortable! The Lazy Hound restaurant a few steps away has delicious gourmet burgers and other offerings.

This place was a great find compared to the seemingly overinflated cost of hotels in area. Easy location, walkable to convert venue, many restaurants and bars. Owner was communicative and very timely to respond.

The apartment was incredible! It was squeaky clean and beautiful! Pictures depict well. Great location in the Old Port with tons of restaurants within a very short walk. Easy taxi/uber from Portland airport. We used "Bob" from Atlantic Limo to drive us to sites and surrounding towns. He was great - would highly recommend. If we return to Portland, we would definitely stay here again!!

The location is perfect—just a short walk from amazing restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. The apartment itself is stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. It was spotless upon arrival, and the views from the balcony were simply stunning. I loved starting my day with a coffee while taking in the cityscape. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for local spots. Communication was easy, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal! I can’t wait to come back!
