This is the most secure and comfortable place I have stayed in Egypt. The surroundings are quiet and safe. The rooms are spacious, and both the living room and the bedroom have their own bathrooms, which is very convenient. The hosts, Dr. and Hassan, are incredibly warm and helpful. They assisted us in so many ways, and we are truly grateful! I would definitely stay here again when I visit Cairo next time.

Mr. Huzaifa is an exceptional host! * He was very responsive with clear communication. * I requested an earlier-than-usual check-in and check-out due to personal reasons, and he was very understanding and accommodating. * He even offered a free upgrade to a bigger apartment, though I preferred to keep my pool view. Overall, he's a truly decent person. * The property is also very nice and perfectly matches the description and pictures. * It was very clean, and even sprayed with a pleasant scent before our arrival. * All the appliances are modern and perfectly working, and the apartment itself is well-maintained. * We enjoyed free entrance to the swimming pools with lifeguards. * The apartment complex also has security personnel at the gates, which made us feel very safe. * The location is excellent, with restaurants within walking distance and direct access to a hypermarket that offers a wide variety of food options, including hot prepared meals.

The place is wonderful, and the hosts are very kind. The residence is very suitable for families with children.

He Is A Great Host, Constantly Asked If We Needed Assistance With Anything, Place Was Great, Feels Like A Home, Great Furniture and Design! I Recommend It To Everyone

Everything about this place was excellent. Mohamed was very hospitable, he made sure the entire check-in went extremely smoothly. He contacted me to make sure of any preferences or requests during my stay, and constantly followed up to make sure everything is going well. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Very good location, quick access to anywhere in Cairo. The apartment was clean and had a private gated entrance with cameras and lighting for the night time. Overall, everything was perfect!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic as well, conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and supermarkets. What really stood out was the hosts’ responsiveness! They replied almost instantly to any questions we had and were always ready to help. Thank you palm stays, I had a great stay!

The place is amazing. New furniture, everything is new. It’s a gated apartment there is a security at the door. Very very clean and beautiful. Near the restaurants, pharmacy and the supermarket. Located in altagmo3 which is one of the best place in Cairo. I highly recommended staying in this place. It’s better than staying in hotel. The owner is very good and communicates very well.

location is ideal for everyday essentials. tourist attractions are a little further out, 20-55 mins away. sitting room is nice. give the water a couple of seconds to heat up, you got a nice hot shower. wifi wasn't a problem. the flexibility in checking in and out was much appreciated. do ask in advance about the pool, its winter so we didn't use it. the drinks and snacks were a sweet touch. she also left notes suggesting Apps etc. we personally enjoyed ourselves even though we were out most of the time. i even did my laundry on the last day.

This Airbnb is truly a 15/10. The host was truly amazing, and very helpful. I had lost my bag in the uber and I asked her to call the number uber provided, although she could not reach them but she still took the time to make that call and tried to get my item back. She’s answer all of your questions at a very timely manner and truly just very helpful. She goes out of her way to help you, you feel cared for. The place was very clean, no dirt in sight, the bathrooms, kitchen, rooms all were spectacular. The place is in new Cairo, in a gated community. It is also close to a mall that is 6 mins away where you can do your shopping and etc… I would book this place with no hesitations.

Great location with great amenities in the surrounding area, very nice location in New Cairo where most places we visited were usually not more than 10-15 minutes away. The apartment was cozy, tidy and very comfortable… The building security was great and friendly, would definitely recommend booking a stay at Hazel Spaces.

Location is great! Communication with all the team was great! The apartment feels like a mini villa as it has a big terrace with a jacuzzi. Overall very satisfied and will definitely come again.
