Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nevis

James was out of town for my stay, but coordinated with a local host to make my stay convenient and pleasant. Small problem with my arrival time not making it possible to get keys that night, so I had to rebook a different location, but this was noted in description and overlooked by me. James offered to refund me for this night, so we were all good. Overall a great property and I would stay again.

Really nice place. Beautiful surroundings with yummy fresh mangoes to pick when they are in season. Also fresh coconut water if someone is good enough to get one down for you and cut it open. Owner Gary is accommodating and helpful. It's in a beautiful area within walking distance to some restaurants, grocery, lime Kiln beach and Salem. Montserrat is a beautiful island so just visit....you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I visited Montserrat for St. Patrick's Day and for her birthday. Gary told us about the island and walked us to our unit. He helped us find a rental vehicle and told us about the festivities happening during the week. The grounds were densely covered in vegetation and the unit was very private. Our unit had 2 mini split air conditioners and a window unit and cooled off quickly. The pool was nice and we spent quite a bit of time socializing with other guests there. Taxis and buses were easy to book for people who didn't rent vehicles. The people were very friendly and the island is beautiful. Lessons learned - rent a vehicle well in advance, book airfare to the island before early as well, don't expect to buy much in the way of souvenirs. Montserrat is a great place to relax and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed for the culturama long weekend and the place was lovely! The host also made the stay worthwhile. Will definitely book again.

Elroy was an exceptional host in all ways. His local family representative warmly welcomed us, showed us around the spacious house, and introduced us to Nevis culture, history, good food, and back road trails we could never have found on our own. The beautiful, private setting of the house, with front porch, back deck, pool, ocean view and view of Mt Nevis was so relaxing that a guest could have a complete vacation without ever leaving the house. Elroy was proactive in arranging taxi and water transport from St. Kitts and back, so local travel was hassle free. The local market nearby was well stocked for home cooking and the staff there and at restaurants and bars were friendly and welcoming .

If there was any surprise, it was really how lovely the house and the setting was... pictures don't do it justice! All the conveniences of home and more in a lush tropical setting...we couldn't ask for more! Todd was super responsive as a host and provided many suggestions that made our stay even more enjoyable. Same for Mark, the property manager! Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and had nice cold air conditioning. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has a secluded beach just a few minutes walk away. Easy access to food and grocery stores. Harold and Roz were super nice. They had good local tips for us and shared their fruit that was growing outside the house. They also had natural homemade bath products and candy that they gave to us which was very kind.

Ilka and het daughters are very nice and friendly ladies. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Brett’s place in Nevis. The home, infinity pool, and grounds were beautiful and private, and looked just like the photos on the listing. Communication with Brett was also smooth. One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is in poor condition and bumpy (not unusual for side roads in Nevis, but worth noting for visitors). It is best suited to an SUV if you are renting a car, and requires careful navigation, especially at night.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with comfortable bed and a very luxurious bathroom. Ilka is very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Latoya's place exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment has high ceilings, is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Her contact on the island was friendly, responsive and helpful. The apt is located in a quiet neighborhood and the panoramic view is truly breathtaking. I'm already planning my return trip.

Gary, our host, had a smile that lit up the entire villa mango. The villa as very tastefully decorated with views that are what people dream of. Gary said "Mi Casa, Your Casa" and he meant it. we helped ourselves to delicious coffee in the a.m. to sip by the most gorgeous blue tiled swimming pool. I will NEVER forget my experience in Montserrat. I went there to see the St Patricks Day parade but hated to leave the Villa. Thank you Gary and cousin who runs the place also.

This was the second time we stayed at Deon’s place and we were not disappointed. It has a feeling of being right ‘at home’. Couldn’t ask for a better place if we tried. If available we would stay there again on our next visit. We would highly, highly recommend to family and friends or anyone else looking for high end accommodation in St. Kitts.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home on Turtle Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The home is beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and full of island charm. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our coffee with that breathtaking ocean view was unforgettable. Some of our absolute favorite parts of the home were the private pool and its proximity to nearby beautiful beaches. The outdoor space in general was a dream—perfect for lounging! The monkeys were another favorite part! We were all sad to leave them. The host Cassandra and property manager Andrea were so friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed! If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with unbeatable views, an amazing pool, and access to nature, this is the place.

Bacchus Field calms your soul. The views, the layout, and decor of this multi building estate provide flexibility, privacy and comfort for groups of various sizes. It is clear the owners have loved this house. It is thoughtfully laid out and easy to entertain in. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out and/or share time together as desired. As someone who is conditioned to being on the go, I found myself simply wanting to stay at the house and enjoying all it has to offer. The dining room cottage in candlelight rivals the most romantic. We did not miss air conditioning at all. Being a bit up the mountain provided cooler evenings than other places we've stayed closer to the beach. Transfers, car rental, food delivery, chef Micheal and housekeeper Val went above and beyond to help create memories that won't be soon forgotten. Thank you for sharing. We are already looking forward to our return next December.

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. Pulmattie arranged transportation from airport to the house well before our trip so we need not worry about that aspect. She also arranged for us to have a crib for our 18 month old as well as a car for ourselves. The House is situated on an amazing plot of land - luscious plants completely surround you making it your own little oasis. The pool is fantastic and when you have the urge to go into the ocean, it is merely a 2-minute walk. You can hear the waves from the house. If you are prone to bug bites, they have plenty of bug spray available at the house. Overall, this was the perfect situation for us because we wanted to unwind and relax and we did just that. Thank you to Pulmattie, her sister and Valerie for giving us a great vacation home/stay!

I loved my time here! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect - I walked everywhere and for places that were too far to walk, the taxi stand was only about 5-7 minutes down the street. Timothy Hill to the left, the Marriott and restaurants/shops to the right, and the Strip is just across the street. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had everything I could have needed (the extra sun hats were especially helpful!). Great shower, the bed was so cozy, and the patio was beautiful as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend.

A lovely villa with spectacular views and a lot of outdoor space. Buzz and Lisl were amazing and communicative throughout including late at night when there was a power cut affecting part of the island. The pool is a real game changer and promoted relaxation. A little caution around the time of year to visit though as the humidity made communal areas a little too warm (grateful for the ac in every bedroom). The proximity to Cockleshell beach is also a real plus if you want a lovely beach to relax at.

This lovely 6-unit building in Half Moon Bay offers a spectacular view of the ocean and the golf course! There is an infinity pool behind the building which is terrific! The unit has 11’ ceilings and is spacious and spotlessly clean. You’ll need a car to stay here. The host and her property manager are very efficient and very personable! We loved staying here and would love to go back again!

We had a wonderfully relaxing fortnight in this lovely property. Sea view, palm trees, peaceful location…exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to de-stress and chill!!
