We loved every minute of our stay! It was easy to find, cozy, quiet, and clean. We especially loved the heated floors and how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

Everything was as expected. Very clean and well supplied. Close to all great restaurants and Incline Village activities. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone and will be back ourselves for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elie's! Check in was a breeze, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing weekend. Elie is super responsive and made things so easy.

The home is spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed the clubhouse with ping pong and hot tub. We walked to the local brewery and were close to several nice shopping areas.

We were there for a weekend wedding and this was a perfect location to be near the venue. Mike was responsive and very friendly. We were able to relax, enjoy the forest views from the big windows, and take beautiful hikes along the trails adjacent to the unit. The welcome binder was helpful with tidbits of information that also included restaurant recommendations, although some have closed. It was a perfect place that met all our expectations.

Dave's place is just as advertised. It is a short drive to the Nevada lifts at Heavenly, and convenient to South Lake. It also perfectly placed between the Epic resorts of Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Northstar. I had a few questions during my stay, and Dave was always responsive. The house could use a few more creature comforts for multiple guests, such as a place to store ski equipment, coats, and more dining space. On the whole, I had a great stay and I would stay there again.

Our stay in Lake Tahoe was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and spotless. We had no trouble finding it thanks to the clear instructions from the hosts, who were fantastic with communication from start to finish. The home had everything we needed—full amenities, cozy atmosphere, and all the little details that made it feel special. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my mom’s birthday. She had an amazing time and couldn’t stop smiling! We felt completely at ease and enjoyed every moment. No issues at all during our stay, just peace, comfort, and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe all around us. We’re so grateful to the hosts for providing such a lovely and stress-free experience. We will definitely be coming back again next year without a doubt. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you again for making our trip so wonderful! Rebecca was extremely easy to get hold of, allowing us to check in early and adding an extra day to check out. Her home is beautifully decorated and very spacious, enough room for everyone to have their own space. Location is excellent, walkable to local spots, and just a short 15-20 minute trip to the Strip and the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay at Abby’s was fantastic. True to the photos shown this house is a wonderful spot for a family or small group. Had the unexpected inclusion of the family dog on this trip and Abby was nice and responsive to allowing our pet to stay with (even with my lack of forewarning - sorry!!) the house was perfectly comfortable and I have absolutely no complaints about the house, the stay, the neighborhood and location and our wonderful host. I frequent Vegas to visit family often and had a great time, I look forward to booking specifically this place again next time I’m in town. TL:DR this is the house you’re looking for!! 🔥

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Incline Village over the years and this has the nicest interior and I would definitely stay here again. Really clean, really great location and I just really enjoyed it.

The house feels just as nice as it looks. I've stayed at various Airbnb's in Tahoe over the years and I can say that this house is the nicest and most comfortable. The area is very quiet and convenient with quick access to grocery stores, Lake Tahoe, and ski resorts. Brittany was very communicative and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. I would highly recommend this stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day out. It had everything we needed and felt just like home. It’s also great for a family, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place is beautiful, clean, and cozy, and our host was great! Will responded to all of my questions and was generous enough to allow our dog Yuzu to stay, despite submitting our pet information late. Me and my party loved this place, and would love to return if we do another ski trip in the following years!

5 / 5 stars. My wife and I came here for the first part of our honey moon and it was amazing. We felt right at home the entire time. The home is comfortable and just about everything is provided. The grocery store is local and we spent most of our days on the lake followed by a cozy home cooked dinner on the bbq and a movie on the couch. When we revisit Tahoe, which we most certainly will, we will be looking to staying here again.

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids-10 and 12 y.o.) and skied at Diamond Peak. This is our second stay at Carl's place and we like it a lot. The condo is well furnished, has a nice backyard and is a 2 minute drive to DP. We look forward to staying again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Incline Village condo! The location was super convenient—close to everything from hiking trails and beaches to great restaurants and shops. The condo itself was well-equipped with wonderful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Communication with the property owner, Nicole, was seamless. She was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway in Lake Tahoe!

We loved the house . It felt like home to us . We had everything we needed to make us comfortable. Nice and spacious living room with a large and super comfortable couch . Very quiet neighborhood . Dean was super helpful. We will definitely come back .

Upstairs was a little uncomfortable, down stairs bedroom mattress was great! The garage door wouldn’t close on its own, so we would have to jump over the sensor to close the garage door!

We had a great time at Shannon’s place! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and dish washer made a clean up a breeze. Was able to do laundry before we came back home. We got to have a horse sleigh 10 min away from house and go on snowmobile rides with the whole family. We had 2 kiddos (5 & 2) with us and had no problem with the staircase inside. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us! Parking was easy for 2 cars too right outside of our door. Thank you so much for the easy instructions with pictures you sent. We loved our stay and will be back here.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. Water bedside upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes. A few basic spices, salt, pepper, etc. The cocktail bar had a variety of glassware, shakers, etc. Nice laundry. All around very comfortable. Diamond peak lodge is 2 minutes away. Great location. Andrea is a great host. She responded to all my questions and concerns within a few minutes. I would highly recommend.

Loved everything about the place and responsive host. Great layout. Light from skylights was great for early morning get ups to not miss the outside activities planned for each day.

Yoana was great at communication and always responded in a timely manner. Items were forgotten at her home, but she was willing to get them shipped back to us without hesitation. Great and friendly host!

Sonya was friendly and helpful. I would come back and stay again at their beautiful home.

Wonderful place, everything was spotless and such a nice area with such nice hosts!! 10/10 location. We stayed for a festival and was perfect for 4 people.
