Stadtbahn in ca. 1,5 km, Busverbindung Erlebnisgastronomie (Waldkater), ein kleiner See und eine gut ausgebaute Fahrradroute befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe!

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

This is the ground floor of our beautiful, renovated home, while we're traveling. You have access to the whole ground floor with fully equipped kitchen that gets morning sun, dining for up to 10 on a beautiful stone floor, comfortable living room with cozy wood stove in the winter, huge garden with trampoline, apple and cherry trees, carport, and fiber optic wifi at blazing speeds. Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

A super nice 40 sqm non-smoking apartment is waiting for you. Everything is freshly renovated. The fine historical character has been wonderfully preserved.
