It's better than what you see in the pictures. VERY spacious, very warm and the thermal and acoustic insulation it has with the outside, it is excellent. Without hesitation, I would go back when I get back to San Martin!

Super recommended! The duplex is very well located, a short walk from downtown, supermarkets, and Lake Lácar. Everything was clean when we arrived and we were able to keep it clean thanks to the cleaning products they had left us. The shower has good pressure and hot water. The bathroom has a window that ventilates very well. It was never cold for us at night and the depto. kept warm during the day. The kitchen we stayed a little girl but we were able to cook every day that we ran out of trouble. The refrigerator includes freezer in case they buy ice cream. The neighborhood is calm but if you can see towards other deptos from the windows (the one in the bathroom is polarized and you don't see outwards unless you open it). Camila and the co-hosts are always aware, sending recommendations for places to visit and answering any questions or queries.

We arrived at the accommodation on a rainy day and from the 0 minute they were super friendly and attentive, both Florence and Laura. The apartment is divine, has a beautiful view and is well equipped. There is flexibility for both check-in and check-out times. The only thing to take into account is the climb up to the apartment, which will be 200m but is also not so steep. We felt at home. We would definitely stay again!

Emanuel was very friendly and attentive since we had to book urgently one night in his apartment because we were canceled at the last minute what we had booked. At such short notice, Emanuel welcomed us and was super attentive in every way. The apartment is beautiful and the location is super quiet, in the middle of the forest but in turn close to the center. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice cabin, in a strategic location. Todo was super prolijo and cared for. There were small details like complimentary water, chocolates and tea and coffee that make a difference for those who come after a long flight (especially international where it is not possible to travel with certain elements). Would love to stay alli again.

Cozy, comfortable place, everything was clean. Easy to access, very close to the highway, but without hearing the noise of the traffic. It has everything you need to rest after a long journey. (We were passing through Senillosa on a road to Bariloche) Highly recommended

The place is just as it appears in the listing. Close to the highway that follows Plotier and Bariloche, if you take it as a place of passage to the south /Bariloche and others. Alfredo always responded quickly, and was waiting for us

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin-townhouse in Dan Martin de los Andes! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—light, airy, spotless, and so thoughtfully set up. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud! It’s both pet-friendly and family-friendly, which was perfect for us, and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive and kind, making check-in and any questions a breeze. We truly loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this cozy stay for anyone visiting the area!

Very nice apartment, new and modern building. Paula the very kind host. ideal for a few nights of passing x Villa la angostura. Great location close to everything! The only negative things you have regarding luggage are that it is on the first floor x staircase and that the depto is very small and there is no place to open the suitcases or hang the clothes. We stayed 3 nights of which one was Saturday and at the hostel that is in front of the building had a party and they were with music until 7 am and people talking or laughing all night at the door. This was perhaps a coincidence and it is not common since it is not a boliche but we were very bothered as it was very difficult to sleep. Equally having this I recommend it and I would come back!

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, beautiful and with an incredible view, it is very well located, you can walk to several sides, it is also a very quiet neighborhood. The heating is barbarous, also the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. Lastly and most importantly, Marisa is a love! A very attentive person NOS gave very good recommendations, always predisposed to pass us information about places to visit/to go to eat, as well as if we needed something and how we were, an admirable treatment. Undoubtedly if you come to San Martin de los Andes you have to stay here 🩷 price quality 🙌🏻

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Always nice to have a wash machine. It was much appreciated to have laundry detergent and tea available at the apartment. A nice area of town, walkable to anything you need.

Very nice apartment, very pleasant and well decorated / well equipped. The large bay windows and terrace offer magnificent lake views. The host and on-site support are attentive and very helpful. We had a lovely stay there. We recommend it.

The building seems luxurious. The view is lovely except when the bull dozer was around as they are building an access road to new units behind the place. That certainly hampered the experience, but it was still a great location and I couldn’t find many accommodations with a better lake view. The unit interior could use some updating.

I stayed a few days in Natalia's apartment and everything was amazing, the place is as shown in the photos. Ideal for resting and enjoying San Martin. She was very kind and was available all the time. I would choose this place again a million times.

In terms of location, in 5 minutes by car you can reach downtown Our stay was only one day but we were able to take advantage of the pool and game room Sergio was very friendly at all times It's a place to rest, extremely quiet Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment, with incredible views, heated, with pool also heated, has a beautiful environment, with direct access to the beach of Correntoso. I would definitely come back!
