Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

Raoul’s place was a great find for our stay in Paris. There is an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s very close to the subway and coffee/restaurants. He was immediately responsive to our questions.

We spent a lovely few days in this apartment. It felt more spacious than it looked in the photos, and we loved the way it was furnished. The alley where it sits is a little oasis of leafy peace in the middle of the bustle of Pigalle. Great location for wandering up to Montmartre, and very near a good Metro connection (Pigalle) for access to the rest of the city. Arthur and Emma were great hosts - they left nice clear instructions, and responded promptly to our questions. Overall a fantastic experience!

This place was the perfect fit for our family while we spent time in Paris. The location was safe, quiet, and right next to transportation. Everything was clean and simple. Would happily stay here again!

Jeremy's flat is exactly as described and is perfect for two people, it is the heart of the Marais district - which is full of good restaurants and interesting shops. It is a short walk from the flat to the Seine and even shorter to the beautiful Place de Vogues. At night it is very quiet and with the comfortable bed we had no problems with sleeping. Jeremy is an excellent host and gave us useful additional information very promptly when we made inquiries.

The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very good quality of welcome, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation with very easy and quick access to the metro, direct line to get to the heart of Paris. a really nice exterior. I will return with great pleasure. I recommend it.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

Great stay at this property. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear, with photos. Host very responsive to messages. Clean apartment, clean sheets and towels. Very popular underground parking space. Quiet building, a few steps from the RER train station, it's perfect.
