By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos – cozy and you immediately feel at home. It has everything you need: from pots to dishes to spices, you can find everything here. The location of the apartment is great! It is close to thermal baths, large cities such as Passau or Salzburg, and there are many opportunities for walks. Elisabeth as a host was very accommodating and always quick and friendly with questions. Under the apartment, she runs her own tavern, where you can eat very tasty food at a good price-performance ratio. We enjoyed the few days we were able to spend here and would be happy to come back! We would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again and best regards from us.

Our stay at the place was very nice. We were personally and very warmly welcomed on the first evening and Christian showed and explained everything to us. The accommodation is very stylish and cozy and many small details have been thought of. From slippers to a hot water bottle, everything is available. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back. :-)

Sandra and her husband are the perfect hosts. We were very warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us and lovingly explained in detail. We were even allowed to harvest a cucumber fresh from the garden. We were also provided with a full refrigerator - we were simply overwhelmed. That's what you call a super host! We have never experienced this in our AirBnB "career". The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. We didn't miss anything. Very spacious, and very comfortable for 4 people. The location directly on the Inn is beautiful and quiet. The thermal baths in Bad Füssing and Geinberg are just a stone's throw away. We will be happy to come back!

Modern, lovingly and well-equipped apartment with a great view of the Alps (in clear visibility). Parking right outside the front door. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Helena is a super friendly and great hostess. Always easy to reach and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay.

We were very spontaneous for a night in Schärding and extremely satisfied with the accommodation. We lacked nothing, the communication with Philipp worked great, the apartment has everything as described, very clean and we lacked nothing for the short time. We felt very comfortable right away. Alexa was our highlight and gave us a lot of joy. I'm utterly speechless about what you can do with it. We would also like to come back the next time we are passing through and replenish our beer stock at the Braushop Kapsreiter.
