Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Castle view- Cozy apartment in the attic

Charming & comfortably furnished attic apartment with high ceilings, exposed beams, sunny west balcony, fireplace and open living/dining area families suitable. Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

From this accommodation you can reach all important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
