Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (follow pictures). From this centrally located place you can quickly go shopping, only 200 m to the rehab in Neresheim, Aalen, Oberkochen, Heidenheim, Nördlingen etc. in only 20 minutes. Sights such as the monastery, Turn und Taxis Castle, Katzenstein Castle, Härzfeldsee, 18-hole golf course, all just 5 minutes away. Hiking and biking trails are well developed and signposted. Our beautiful city garden with many events is only a 2-minute walk.
