It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

We had an amazing stay at 1932 Melissi. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and contains everything you need. Extremely well located on the waterfront, with a small pool to cool off in the back. we had a lot of fun enjoying each corner of the property. Dini was a great host, very friendly and easy-going who offers a flexible check in and check out. Quickly responsive to all questions. we would highly recommend for a family or friend trip and would love to stay again!

This place is a gem. The building is new with high end finishes. Drinkable water, large shower, on-demand hot water. George was so nice and gave us great recommendations for dinner and things to do. Plenty of parking, and the place is a two-minute walk to the beach - which had an incredible sunset. Lots of bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. This place is excellent.

Día is so welcoming, present for any advice we need, and always with a smile. She is a very beautiful person and we are very happy to have met her. We had a wonderful stay at Kimisoo Room! The place was clean and exactly as described. Very cute. The host was kind and greeted us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel welcome. The location was perfect for us, central, yet peaceful (we had a car), and right across the street there’s a super cute bar where you can grab a great coffee or a drink and soak in the local vibe. It was such a pleasant surprise! We truly enjoyed our time here, and so did our dog, who felt just as welcome as we did. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
