The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

100% worth. Landlord is not near the property like is in the most properties.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Unfortunately, the listing doesn't show that the listing shares the pool with a second listing. This was a bit surprising and unpleasant for us upon arrival. Otherwise very thoughtful place, nice pool. Great design. Dominiki and her family are great hosts.

Lovely apartment close to the sea. The apartment was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our vacation every day. Our backyard had such a beautiful Mediterranean sea. The water was crystal clear. Close to the apartment there were shops, restaurants and cafes. The people were friendly. We'll come back to this place again.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! We had a wonderful time in Chalkidiki! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Especially the terrace with the view of the sea was a dream and a real highlight of our stay. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing, but still perfect for reaching the most beautiful beaches and places in the area. There are also some great taverns nearby. Athanasios was a great host – very warm, helpful and always available. Check-in went smoothly, and we felt welcome right from the start. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend both the accommodation and Athanasios!

Natasha’s place was lovely, the outside especially is really beautiful. The beach is not fully sandy something to bear in mind but the apartment has so many items provided for fun on the beach and water, including spare water shoes for walking over the rocky bits of the sea. It’s a fair walk into town but along a quiet road most of the way. Lovely relaxing evenings spent out on the huge terrace area in nice clean and quiet complex. Was wonderful stay

Nice apartment in a quiet (at least in May) residential area, one block from the sea. It's just as described: simple and but comfy and homely. And with brand-new kitchen appliances. It's also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you could need (pots, pans, cutlery , Nespresso machine, electric kettle) as well as things that many hosts neglect, such as coffee, salt, spices, paper towels, trash bags, sponge & dish-wasing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, a TV, a small Bluetooth speaker, etc.). We also liked the spacious balcony, from where the sea can be seen. And Tina is a wonderful host! Super friendly and helpful, she was always quick to reply, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, as well as where to park in Thessaloniki. We would definitely recommend and return here!

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

The location is perfect: close to beaches, restaurants, and all the must-visit spots, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. Great apartment with everything you need for a vacation. Spices and oil, etc., were available. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The terrace was wonderful and the view was beautiful! Unfortunately, there are also many mosquitoes, so you need repellents to enjoy the terrace. All in all a great place to stay and highly recommended

We had a wonderful Family vacation. The sea and the beach are right across the street, the restaurant are very good and the area is quiet enough and Safe. I lives the Linden smell from the tree in the evenings. The House felt Like Home.

Great place everything was like in the photos the owner left for us a small welcome gift and some water. it had mosquito nets and devices for mosquitoes washing machine and iron for laundry a big fridge, hot water, 2 bathrooms. Very close to beach A lot of wardrobes and spaces for stuff

Beautiful house near the sea, clean and equipped with every comfort and objects useful for everyday life (dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron... etc...) the host Myrto was immediately available in his responses to our requests, a place for sure where I would return😊🌅 our children had a lot of fun in the garden and surrounding spaces. Unique is the proximity of the road with some traffic in the evening hours, but I would say that nature and the beautiful nearby beach made up for this small mole.

We had a great stay at Dimitra’a house. It is a spacious villa with a beautiful view of the sea. It was clean, we had everything inside. We had a little problem with the water and even though Dimitra wasn’t there we had a quick solution from her side and we thank her for that. Recommend! Great experience!
