Apartment holiday rentals in Neos Marmaras

There were two of us in Eva's cozy apartment for 10 days. It was sparkling clean, bathroom brand new, wonderful terrace, quiet location. You can walk to many good tavernas and there are wonderful beach coves in the area that can be reached by car. Eva and her dear mother, who lives on the ground floor under the apartment, are very hospitable and communicative. We felt like we were with friends. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Peaceful place in the nice old part of Nikiti

We had a great time and the place was amazing,clean and peaceful.The listing was easy to find.Giorgos responded immediately to my message and recomended to us some great restaurants and cocktail bars.I recommend Giorgos place,he is an amazing Host!

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

Anna was a great host, she was really helpful and communicative. She made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely be back!

Rebecca and I had a wonderful time at the accommodation. This is due to the very hospitable nature of the landlord Konstantinos and his parents Stavroula and Dimitros. Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Eleni and her son are great hosts, very attentive and responsive! They were a pleasure to communicate with and were very helpful in recommending interesting places to eat and beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. The house with the beautiful garden is a true idyll. We enjoyed our vacation in peace and comfort and had everything we needed. On my next trip to Vourvourou, I will definitely stay there again. We thank them for everything!

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Fantastically beautiful place with a small wonderful bay for swimming and relaxing right next door. The house and garden are lovingly and beautifully designed. And the landlords were incredibly sweet and hospitable. We didn't miss anything and our experiences were exceeded in everything. We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Maria's. The beach is just a five minute walk away, everything was clean and Maria was always helpful und kind.

We had an amazing stay at Athina’s place! Her mum, Olga was a great host. Their place is very spacious and secluded. The apartment has a private entry, with a terrace looking over the sea, and it was great to have a coffee in the morning! The kitchen and dining room have everything one needs for a vacation, bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hangers. There is also a washing machine at your disposal! Our family of five (three generations) enjoyed a lot in nearby hikes and swims!

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

Everything was great! The host Lena was very kind and gave us directions! If you want relaxation and peace this is the right place. The yard is huge and well maintained. My children were fascinated!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Nice and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room and enough space for up to 5 persons. Big jacuzzi in the balcony - perfect for the hot weather. Apartment close to the beach and restaurants with very delicious food. Would recommend to others.

Stillani is an incredible hostess ! This property is amazing; serine, and peaceful inside and outside. The gardens are enchanting and the outdoor furnishings are very comfortable and inviting. The wonderful fragrance of the garden is unforgettable. The interior offers a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The keys words I will use are very comfortable, welcoming and cleanliness throughout the property. What a wonderful experience overall. We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!
