Apartment holiday rentals in Neos Marmaras

There were two of us in Eva's cozy apartment for 10 days. It was sparkling clean, bathroom brand new, wonderful terrace, quiet location. You can walk to many good tavernas and there are wonderful beach coves in the area that can be reached by car. Eva and her dear mother, who lives on the ground floor under the apartment, are very hospitable and communicative. We felt like we were with friends. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Peaceful place in the nice old part of Nikiti

We had a great time and the place was amazing,clean and peaceful.The listing was easy to find.Giorgos responded immediately to my message and recomended to us some great restaurants and cocktail bars.I recommend Giorgos place,he is an amazing Host!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The unit is exactly as described – clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was quick and easy and helped us with helpful info about the area. The location is excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Rebecca and I had a wonderful time at the accommodation. This is due to the very hospitable nature of the landlord Konstantinos and his parents Stavroula and Dimitros. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful Latoura Beach. Communication was great, the apartment is very clean, has a great balcony and has many useful things you need for a beach vacation (such as umbrella, beach towels, beach ball set etc.) The bed is comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Absolutely recommended!

Eleni and her son are great hosts, very attentive and responsive! They were a pleasure to communicate with and were very helpful in recommending interesting places to eat and beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. The house with the beautiful garden is a true idyll. We enjoyed our vacation in peace and comfort and had everything we needed. On my next trip to Vourvourou, I will definitely stay there again. We thank them for everything!

Fantastically beautiful place with a small wonderful bay for swimming and relaxing right next door. The house and garden are lovingly and beautifully designed. And the landlords were incredibly sweet and hospitable. We didn't miss anything and our experiences were exceeded in everything. We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Maria's. The beach is just a five minute walk away, everything was clean and Maria was always helpful und kind.

We had an amazing stay at Athina’s place! Her mum, Olga was a great host. Their place is very spacious and secluded. The apartment has a private entry, with a terrace looking over the sea, and it was great to have a coffee in the morning! The kitchen and dining room have everything one needs for a vacation, bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hangers. There is also a washing machine at your disposal! Our family of five (three generations) enjoyed a lot in nearby hikes and swims!

Kyriakos is an honest, gentlemanly and friendly host. We were as comfortable as our own home. I'm not exaggerating: I've never stayed in such a clean place before. Kyriakos is so experienced that he quickly answered all my questions, but I didn't have to ask anything. He sent us a list of all the places, restaurants and beaches that he might need and recommend, along with map pins. We admired every place he recommended. On the morning of the 3rd day, we found our clean towels hanging at the door. Contrary to the comments, we didn't find the house small. We ate a few times in the kitchen and were able to prepare everything comfortably. The balcony is perfect for relaxing. The closet easily accommodated our clothes. The bed was comfortable. He had turned on the air conditioner before we arrived, but there was no need. The night was cool and beautiful. The area is quiet and calm. The nearby beach is very convenient. There is a personal and canopy space for the vehicle. Thank you Kyriakos, I hope we will come again!

Very good location. Might be a bit noisy if you don't like towns and crowds, but very close to the beach, various restaurants, etc. Parking in front of the house can be challenging (if you need to bring luggage) but there is plenty of space around. Apartment is very good, clean, kitchen is well equipped. Hosts are very kind (thank you for the cake :) ). Would recommend the place.

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

Everything was great! The host Lena was very kind and gave us directions! If you want relaxation and peace this is the right place. The yard is huge and well maintained. My children were fascinated!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Nice and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room and enough space for up to 5 persons. Big jacuzzi in the balcony - perfect for the hot weather. Apartment close to the beach and restaurants with very delicious food. Would recommend to others.

Stillani is an incredible hostess ! This property is amazing; serine, and peaceful inside and outside. The gardens are enchanting and the outdoor furnishings are very comfortable and inviting. The wonderful fragrance of the garden is unforgettable. The interior offers a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The keys words I will use are very comfortable, welcoming and cleanliness throughout the property. What a wonderful experience overall. Great place to rest in Pefkohori. One of the best places I've ever stayed. The apartment had everything you needed. The bathtub is a super good idea. After the beach, taking a nice bath is a great experience. The bedroom is great and very comfortable and the lighting throughout the apartment creates a great ambiance in the evening. Amazing place, definitely recommend. It is meters away from the historic center of Pefkohori with its small and wonderful restaurants, different from the commercial restaurants along the beach street. Great apartment.

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..

The hosts/owners were very responsive - gave advice about taxis, lent us a baking dish, were flexible about check out and really couldn't be faulted on their cheerfulness and happiness to help, whatever the query. Thank you for your kindnesses. The place was very clean. The walk to the beach involved going upwards, then alongside a road with no pavement and making your way down through the grounds of a nearby hotel. There was a grassy area with a patio and chairs as shown in front of the flat, but it was not as private as we had hoped and if we came again we would get a higher floor so we could have a balcony instead. The garden was opposite the entrance to another home and overlooked by another flat's balcony.
