Waterfront holiday rentals in Neoi Epivates

Wir waren 10 Tage im Appartement Apollo und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Alex war zufällig vor Ort und hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Alex und Theo sind so nett und hilfsbereit - einfach tolle Gastgeber. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet. Theo ist vor Ort. Alles ist genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Sogar noch schöner! Morgens auf dem Balkon frühstücken - abends auf dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen. Küche hat alles was man braucht, auch um sich abends zu Hause etwas zu kochen. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, mit mehreren Strandbars, aber auch mit öffentlichem Bereich. Sonnenschirme und andere Strandutensilien können bei Alex & Theo ausgeliehen werden. Ich empfehle trotzdem ein Auto zu mieten, um auch an andere Strände zu fahren und die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Supermarkt unten hat alles was man braucht und eine sehr leckere Bäckerei. Größere Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für alles

Περάσαμε υπέροχα κατά τη διαμονή μας! Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική και ανταποκρινόταν πλήρως στην περιγραφή. Οι οικοδέσποινες ήταν πολύ φιλικές και εξυπηρετικές – πάντα διαθέσιμες να μας βοηθήσουν με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Γενικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένες και δεν έχουμε τίποτα αρνητικό να σχολιάσουμε. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Georgi's apartment was impeccable and very faithful to the photos. The neighborhood is convenient and very nice. Georgi was very responsive and the instructions were very clear. Thank you very much!

We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Einfach nur WOW!! Wenn man auf der Suche nach einer spektakulären Wohnung und einer herzlichen Gastgeberin ist, dann ist man dort genau richtig!! Ich habe keine Worte für die Qualitäten von Tina als Gastgeberin!! Und von der Unterkunft ganz zu schweigen.. einfach toll dieser Ausblick!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Niko’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and everything was well prepared. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Κεντρικό διαμέρισμα,, κοντά στην Νίκης και την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους. Πολύ κοντά σε πάρκινγκ, πιάτσα ταξί και στάση λεωφορείου και μετρό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο και η διαρρύθμιση πολύ καλή. Εξαιρετική η επικοινωνία με τους υπεύθυνους.Όλα ήταν καθαρά και περιποιημένα. Σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας πολύ καλή. Μόνο το στρώμα μου έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι έχει αρχίσει να παλιώνει ενώ καλό θα ήταν το πάπλωμα να μπαίνει σε παπλωματοθήκη και όχι μόνο πάνω από ένα σεντόνι που εύκολα φεύγει από τη θέση. Γενικά όμως το διαμέρισμα άφησε πολύ θετικές εντυπώσεις μ

Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο! Όπως και ο εξωτερικός χώρος με τον ωραίο κήπο. Όλα ηταν πολύ καθαρα και οι οικοδεσπότες πολυ φιλικοί και επικοινωνιακοί! Σας ευχαριστούμε παρα πολυ! Είχαμε μια καταπληκτική διαμονή!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Close to the sea restaurants, pier etc. Pavlos was an amazing host that will go out of his way if you need something. We will be back next year...

Een vriendelijke host. Hij gaf leuke tips om te doen en waar we goed konden eten. Het huis was ruim en heeft fijne bedden.

Magnifique studio avec très belle vue. Lit très confortable, malgré qu’il s’agisse d’un canapé-lit ce fut beaucoup plus confortable que le lit de certains hôtels. La cuisine est petite mais suffisante pour un court séjour ou pour une cuisine simple. Le quartier est festif mais les fenêtres isolent relativement bien du bruits. L’hôte est très sympathique et réagit très rapidement. Je recommande fortement.

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! Anastasia will do everything in her power to make sure everything is literally perfect. Thanks Anastasia!!!!

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος , όμορφα διακοσμημένος. Άμεσα ζεστό νερό λόγω φυσικού αερίου. Ισόγειο με πρόσωπο πάνω στην οδό και όχι μέσα σε πολυκατοικία, δεν υπάρχει μπαλκόνι. Δύσκολο τον πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή έως αδύνατο και πολύ στενοί δρόμοι αν έχετε μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο. Υπάρχει πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμή στα 500μετρα σχετικά φθηνό. Θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο οικονομικό για τα χαρακτηριστικά του. Πάντως ειναι μία πολύ καλή επιλογή για το σημείο που βρίσκεται.

Jättefint boende & vi trivdes jättebra! Som Natalija säger så är det inte en överdrift att stranden ligger 100 meter från boendet☺️. Boendet var fräsch och städat, rekommenderar andra besökare detta!

We had a very nice time at Meli's place. The apartment is great and I recommend if traveling with a child, however the closest supermarket and restaurants are almost 1 km away. All is all, we enjoyed our time and would return anytime!

Angelos, place was the perfect location to explore Thessaloniki. His place was so much bigger than the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 5. Pack n Play setup for our toddler. We would stay here again! Thank you

Konstantino's Condo was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking and the place immaculate with meticulous attention to details. You felt like you were in a 5-star establishment from the moment you stepped into the apartment with the classic, high-end furnishings and fixtures, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, robes, slippers, bathroom supplies, kitchen appliances/utensils, and complimentary wine. Located right on the water, you are in walking distance to a well-stocked grocery store, restaurants, shopping, the White Tower (with pick up for hop-on hop-off bus tours). Communication was excellent with immediate responses during booking and during my stay. Konstantino was extremely kind and allowed me to store my suitcase for early arrival and late departure. Can't say enough good things...100% perfect!
