Our cozy recently built tiny home has amazing views of the pucon valley and is located only 7 mins by car or four miles from the city center. The last quater mile to the house is a gravel road with two steep hills and is only for 4x4 or awd cars. The tiny home is located near the famous waterfall "Salto del Claro" and is not more than a few minutes from the "Rio Turbio" which is great for hiking or in summertime taking a deep in the volcanic spring waters.

Wonderful place and comfortable house steps from the beach, tranquility and privacy. Inland trails for relaxing walks. Close to hot springs, Villarrica volcano. Supply center 1.5 km away. Licanray town. It has a roofed area with a grill, an open gazebo. A nice terrace to enjoy the lake view 15 meters away.
