Wonderfull hosts and an amazing location, peaceful and beautiful scenic views. The game on the ground state makes is dynamic and the kids loved the garden, playground, pool and game room.

Maryke was super responsive. So quick to answer questions and advise accordingly. She kindly allowed us a late check out without issue. It was the perfect base for Ironman South Africa. The house is large, but yet homely. The house and gardens are immaculate. The pool (sole use) is a bonus! Secure parking just outside the front door. We always felt safe. Maryke is charming, professional and helpful. I thoroughly recommend her house to anyone thinking of visiting Port Elizabeth.

What a fantastic place to stay while in PE, our host Paul and property manager Antoinette were awesome. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Antoinette and shown through the house, guiding us through everything. The house itself was perfect for our needs, with everything a family could ever want on holiday.

Firstly, no words could ever describe this home & how beautiful it is! Linda definitely deserves more than 5 stars. What a superb home! Literally has everything you could eeever imagine you need. Literally. The pool table, indoor braai, the pool & it's changing colours were our top highlights. We swam till 2am on some nights! The water feels warmer once you dip in. Every single day was perfect. The ocean view is beyond spectacular!! The house is squeaky clean and spacious and has all the entertainment one could need. Board games, Apple TV..etc. What a truly beautiful week we had! What a warm and lovely person Linda and her husband are. They offered us a tour of the home just a few days before check in and made us feel right at home the moment we stepped into the house!! They even allowed us an early check in on the day which helped us maximise on settling in and enjoying Searenity. By far the best home out there. What an inspiration & a true display of passionate & professional hosting

the house is stunning and had everything we needed for a family holiday. In fact the photos don't do it justice as there is lots more space. the outside area is the star of the show though and we spent many days relaxing by the pool and using the braai area. there are some fabulous restaurants close by too. all in all I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in PE. we have had a fantastic holiday

My family and I had a wonderful time. So much space a bathroom for each room made it so easy to get ready for such a big group. Such beautiful views. Would definitely love to stay there again. We had a problem with something and within the hour the handyman was there to fix it. Such great service

Johandre was very accommodating with our arrival time and ensured we were welcomed warmly. All our requests were promptly addressed, and both Johandre and Tersia were incredibly kind in attending to our needs. Although we experienced "water shedding" during our stay, they provided backup water, which was a huge help. Overall, our stay was fantastic – the apartment was clean, with modern fittings, and we felt completely at home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! :)

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! The house was impeccably neat and incredibly comfortable, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, providing thoughtful touches that set this property apart from others. From a fantastic automatic coffee machine stocked with beans and fresh milk in the fridge to a delightful bottle of champagne, every detail was carefully considered. They even provided braai wood for the braai, which was such a lovely surprise! The house had absolutely everything we needed and more, making our stay truly unforgettable. I can’t recommend this property highly enough – it’s a gem that deserves every bit of praise!

My friends and I had a great time. The house is exactly as the pictures. As it was not our first time being here, we thought we should come back again 😊. I loved the fact that we were able to contact our host and she was always ready to assist.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great for hosting a large group of people. The home gym and swimming pool were great amenities. The location of the house is in a peaceful neighbourhood and central in terms of being close to the airport, beach and boardwalk mall.

Stayed over a weekend to visit family. we could use the braai, and enjoy the house to it's full extent. Will definitely book it again.

My goodness! Luyanda's place is in such a peaceful place, I appreciate that. Everything we needed was provided for, I got to focus on my reason for being there.

I only gave the location a 3 star because the neighborhood doesn't really sell itself when compared to summerstrand for instance, it's more situated in the city and can look intimidating, however with that said we felt safe enough. The actual house was simply amazing, probably top 3 airbnb places I have ever booked in terms of amenities in the house, it really was a home away from home!! thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting PE in the future.

Lynne's beloved beach house is now beloved by my family and I, too. It is a wonderful place walking distance from the loveliest place to go for a swim in the ocean. It's clean and well equipped. I stayed there with 2 kids and they had a great experience. Lynne is a first class host, always ready to help or give advice on things in the area. We highly recommend this little piece of heaven.

Felt at home as I entered the place, felt safe at all times. House is beautiful, kitchen is fully equipped and peaceful- its really a home away from home. Booked for a month and it was total bliss. Xolisa is always willing to assist whenever needed. Would definitely recommend this place for a small family or group if friends

A terrific and affordable stay. Spacious house with a great atmosphere. Indoor braai area that worked well for family nights. We used the canoe to go up and down the Sondagsrivier and climbed some picturesque dunes. The house has additional water tanks and safe parking. Teresa has great communication with her guests. Highly recommended!!!

We had a good time at this place. The host was friendly and always responsive when a problem had to be fixed. I’d recommend this place to people. My only wish is I wished we booked when the other 2 sleeper side house was free. Because the outside area became a shared space and we never used it because we value our privacy. Other than that everything was amazing, we were well taken care of and we’d definitely stay there again.

A great, value for money, secure, home-from-home spot for a family to be able to explore PE from. Clear simple instructions were perfectly adequate for us to settle in and make it home for 5 days, and on the one occasion we needed some assistance Daryl was quick to respond to help us out as best as possible. We were suitably impressed, both with the accommodation as well as with PE itself - Sardinia Bay (only 10 min away) was magnificent. Really enjoyed our stay.

The place was great value for money and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Angie was just a watsapp away and very helpful. The house was well stocked with everything a home would have. Our family of 5 had a fantastic time and we would recommended it over and over and over.

This was my second time at visiting this house and we had an absolutely amazing time.Graeme is always friendly and helpful,he made me and my family feel right at home.I love being able to bring my children and my dogs knowing it is safe for them to play outside.I really enjoyed my stay and I will definately be back again!!

The Royalston is a perfect blend for those who like the nature and also want to explore the beach. There’s lots to do nearby, including seeing one of the most beautiful beaches in South Africa: Sardinia Bay! I really feel like the place is a well kept hidden gem.

All you can need and more in a fun entertaining setting. Great for a group of 10+ people!

We were a group of five staying in Gqeberha for a local event. The house was well-equipped, clean, and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. The three bedrooms are extremely spacious, and the large living area gave our group plenty of room to relax. There is secure parking in a locked garage. The house is located in a quiet area and is very close to the beach and shops. If you have a larger group, I would highly recommend this listing!
