Great place to stay . Very accommodating host. Is better than photos.

The property was in the perfect location for us. It fitted our whole family easily and we had a lovely stay. Bathrooms are modern and super clean. All rooms are good sized and the property was very private.

Wonderful stay at Matt and Lucy's. the home was well appointed with everything we needed. the pool and the spa was very good and we felt super relaxed and comfortable here. would happily recommend.

Kay’s cottage is gorgeous, looks exactly as the pictures do. The surroundings are something else and having access to the kayaks, paddle boards and dingy were a great assets. We arrived on a stunning Autumn day and go out onto the ocean right away.. Three bedroom are all close together upstairs and downstairs was a cosy open plan kitchen dining lounge area. The road there isn’t for the faint of heart but when you get there it’s very much worth it!! We wish we stayed longer.

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying

On arrival the bach was unfortunately not ready for us, but this was due to an oversight by the cleaner, not Emma. Emma was super quick to respond and very apologetic when we messaged about it and couldn't have been more prompt in getting things resolved which we really appreciated. After this initial blip we loved our four night stay here. The bach feels like the best of both worlds - an old family bach and the charm that comes with that, made even better with significant modernising updates like the massive glass doors, and all the other mod cons and extras (big fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, heatpump/AC, Chromecast, etc). It is off the beaten track and feels so peaceful and private. Being so close to the sea is a real treat. We would love to come back some time in the warmer months so we can make the most of the amazing outdoor areas and pool! (just a bit too chilly for us softies to swim in it at this time of year... we did love the outdoor fireplace though!). :)

Nicky is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, and has been very thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more) for a lovely stay. Walking distance to parks and the beach. Thoroughly recommend.

A friendly welcome, magnificent views and a beautifully appointed home. The walking track at the back gate a real bonus. All the luxuries without feeling nervous, truly comfortable all round. Lovely clean, tidy house with spacious living area and comfortable bedrooms (beds rather soft but comfy). Kitchen good size with two ovens which was useful. Nice view, although hedges in front cut out quite a bit of it. Nice quiet location, bit of a drive to get up the hill & along the road to it with loads of speed humps which makes it take quite a while, but once there is a lovely spot and nice to walk around the area with the spectacular views. Huw was very helpful and friendly with great communication - highly recommend!

We had English relatives with us and a 2 year old and everyone was impressed. Nessie loved all the toys and we forgot the pram but there was a buggy for us to use!

This is our second stay, and it was just as great as the first. Such a relaxing and clean environment.

Jacqui was the perfect host and very responsive and flexible with our stay. The view from the terrace is simply stunning and the space is so sociable, great for families or group of friends. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely super clean property with great views over Nelson. Attentive host 😊Exactly as described and communicated. Enjoyed by our party of 5 x 70+ year olds, though confident driver required for driveway. (There is garaging for multiple vehicles). Will happily use again

Spacious and comfortable home filled with the owners treasures. Great trails for walking, running and biking behind the house. Short walk in to Nelson city. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including homegrown veges and citrus from Hilma’s garden. Deck is lovely to relax on and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. Beautiful outlook. Hilma is a great host and was quick to respond when I had some queries. As well as the trails we enjoyed frisbee golf in the nearby park which is also dog friendly - you can hire discs from MD Outdoors. Had a delicious dinner at Nahm (short drive from house) and great coffee and breakfast at Bobby Franks Cafe (walkable). Connings Pop Up great for fresh fruit and vege.

For the most part a lovely spot with great sunsets. Short drive to city center. Some maybe bothered by the occasional airplane but not busy enough to be an issue really.

Smyth's home was a complete oasis for our month stay, we always looked forward heading back here at the end of the day! Beautiful scenery and lots of open space around. Smyth was very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better home or host for our time in the Nelson-Tasman area - we felt right at home!

Such a hidden gem to stay at in Nelson! Leah has done an amazing job renovating the old house and created a perfect place to stay while in Nelson. Close to the centre and lots of nice bars. Really enjoyed staying here!

Meredith is a great host - funny, friendly, speedy responses and lots of recommendations! The house is spacious and comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and modern. Location is great, walking distance to main street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops. Can keep walking through town to see murals and up the hill to hiking/biking trails and views of city and harbor. Great base to explore Nelson!

Had a lovely stay! The host was really friendly and welcoming, and even though they’re new to hosting, they were super proactive in sorting out any small issues that came up. Communication was easy and fast, and they clearly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again!

An absolutely beautiful home which we felt very comfortable in as soon as we walked in. Stunning art work on the walls, clean and comfy beds, a sweet private garden with ocean views, what more could you ask for! The home had plentiful space for the 4 of us, including a study area which my partner was able to work in quietly. If we ever came back to Nelson I would definitely hope to stay here again.
