Holiday rentals with beach access in Negros Occidental

We were lucky to book Lily's last minute while traveling Cebu and leaving Oslob. Having the separate bedroom and 2 queen beds was a treat after staying at smaller Airbnbs for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 10&8). Plus, real quilt blankets which isn't common from our experience. The place is tucked away from the main strip, so it is more private and quiet at night. Lily gave us good directions to the house, but the turn is easy to miss, so go slow. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Shout out to the Hungry Monkey, Mila's, and Papabo restaurants. Lily also set us up with her friend Junjun, a licensed sardines tour guide for the following morning. It was awesome! He also showed us where to swim on our own later. Lastly, Lily's family has a massage studio below the Airbnb and my husband and I were able to book a massage while the kids watched a movie upstairs. Thanks Lily, for helping make this our favorite part of our trip!

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and we were washed fins for snorkeling and a motorcycle to go to the village :)

Our stay was amazing! The host was so warm and welcoming, like a long-lost auntie. The house is well-maintained, clean, and has everything we needed. We loved the fully functioning kitchen and the fact that the whole house was air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. A bonus was the host’s nearby restaurant, which serves delicious seafood and sugba dishes—perfect for enjoying fresh local flavors. The location is a major plus! It’s close to the beachside for morning walks or sunset views. Getting around was easy with tricycles or Grab, and Mohon, one of Iloilo’s major bus terminals, is nearby, making city exploration convenient. With great hospitality, a cozy home, and easy access to good food and transport, this place truly felt like a home away from home. We’d love to stay here again!

Lady's home was cozy and beautiful. There is "Lovers Nest" and "Apartment" on the second floor and Lady's home on the first floor. The gardens are very well designed and maintained. The pool in the yard was small but nice. It was a bit of a walk to Panaksama Beach. This makes for a quiet and relaxing stay at the property. There is a small shop right next to the entrance where you can buy drinks and other things. They take a deposit on bottled drinks, which the owner says is for recycling the bottles.

We, specially my mom liked the place. its peaceful and quiet. Secluded and away from the crowds of Lambug beach. The couple owners were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt at home right away when they welcomed us. They also provided us with all our needs. The house got everything: snacks, coffee, drinking water, etc. It has strong water pressure too. The place is about 10-15 min hike to Lambug beach but all worth it. if you are looking for a quiet place in Lambug area, we highly recommend this place. We even thought of extending another night but we had prior schedules. Until next time!

Sambag Hideaway is one of the best run AirBnbs we have stayed at in the last six months. We were treated like family. The property is like an oasis in the jungle, but it's right on the ocean. The Philippines is full of hospitable people, the team here at Sambag brings that hospitality to a much higher level. It is a great value place to stay in Moalboal. Highly highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🇵🇭

Great place to relax and hang! It's simple, private and peaceful. Had a beautiful sunset view and very convenient access by the sea.

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. Best beach front accommodation. The beach is literally a few steps from the gate. It is also close to the turtle and sardine run (5 min drive). The house is perfect and has all the things you need. Rooms are quite big as well. We enjoyed grilling our food using their griller and they have all things you need. Ate Lisa the caretaker is a gem. The hosts are very responsive to my queries and very helpful. Overall a 10/10.

The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay at Oslob. Conveniently located close to Tumalog Falls and Oslob whaleshark watching. The property is chic and modern, highly recommended!

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

Second time staying at this beautiful house. It makes a great three day weekend break from Manila. Beach is gorgeous and house has everything you need. We’ll be back!

wonderful place to say. the caretakers were very helpful if you needed anything. couple of small shops near by if you needed anything to buy and a few places to eat as well all within walking distance. highly recommend staying here. Stayed at Rosemarie’s place for 3nights,Place is okay very accessible,walking distance to the mall,Only one thing is our Issued during our entire stay toilet was flooded daily,My sister and I we used mop to clear daily water,we are shocked when we arrived , I messaged the host and she is very friendly responsive. We recommend Ms Rosemarie Place.

Staff was responsive to repair our door that did not lock. Had it fixed within about 10 minutes. The only negative I have to say is use caution entering the pool. They used glazed tiles so they are incredibly slippery. I stepped into the pool and immediately slipped falling and spraining my wrist. Other than that amazing
