Holiday rentals with a patio in Nees Pagases

Everything was great, we had a great time, the hosts helped us a lot with both local recommendations and our stay. They welcomed our doggie and provided everything we needed. The house is great ! Thank you ♥️

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

Cozy house, spotless and with a very beautiful garden for hanging out in various places. 20' from Volos. The double bed very comfortable, the sofa bed in the living room quite convenient but in the morning light comes in from the skylight. In any case a great accommodation option, thank you.

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

I really liked Trikeri at the end of Pelion. Eleni's accommodation is top-notch, newly renovated, super clean, and has everything you need, plus a few little extras here and there. The bed is the coziest and most comfortable I've slept in in years. Eleni is a welcoming and generous host. The accommodation is very well located. I highly recommend it!

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay in Tsagkarada .Alexia’s home exceeded our expectations. The communication with Alexia was direct and informative . All the instructions and recommendations were provided before arrival regarding check in, parking and places to visit . During arrival there was a welcome treat with traditional products of Pelion, which we enjoyed a lot. The house was modern , tidy, fully equipped with comfortable beds and attentive to every detail. The best part of our stay was the stunning mountain views from the patio, where you could sit and relax for hours.The house is located next to one of the most beautiful squares of Pelion and in very close distance of Mylopotamos and Fakistra beaches. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We will definitely come back one day. Thanks for everything.

Argalasti is centrally located for nice exploration around the Pelion Peninsula. The house is private, comfortable, clean, with a convenient location to town. The hosts was responsive to my questions and gave really directions to the house. Check in and check out was easy. They keep the house warm in the winter, so it was a cozy space with plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen has minimal staples, so be prepared to buy all your own for cooking.

There are no words for the view ..at least amazing! The space is clean and thoughtful ! The landlord communicates instantly to give directions to the house as it needs some guidance if you don't know the area. It would be better to create a guide map and plan the route and a keybox to make it easier for guests who are not available for frequent phone communication and don't know exactly the time of arrival at the listing. Alexandros’s home was lovely to stay in! Very close to the bus stop, a market, yummy restaurants, and the beach! We were easily able to get around on foot and used the bus to get around the island. The home itself was perfect for my sister and I and once the AC was on, it was nice and cool. Alexandros was very responsive and nice to deal with!

From where to start. beautiful house, super super clean with all the amenities, the host was very helpful, easy parking around the property,there is no words to explain how good was the house it felt home away from home.

The space is exactly as shown in the photos. Spotless , well-maintained, and extra surprises from the host with a personal touch!!! The only thing there is like a thorn is that the GPS can't take it off like an address because it's a dead-end street and doesn't pick it up. But that's NOT an omission from the host. However, the host was very communicative and willing to help us find it!

Floor apartment very close to the center of Volos and suitable in a quiet area. Comfortable that made us feel at home. The host greeted us, not like renters but as her beloved relatives. Her attitude towards us was really touching. We thank her and wish her all the best to her and her family.

The host Aλικη was very accommodating and responded to my messages immediately. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. The next time I visit Volos I will check again to see if Aλικη's loft is available!

Cozy, clean, and warm! Easy parking with a quiet neighborhood. The host is responsive. The only downside that it's on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

The apartment is centrally located, you are very quickly in the shopping streets of Volos and has a wide selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The view over the port is very interesting. The large balcony invites you to linger. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. All in all, a very successful stay in Volos with a very accommodating hostess.

The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

new, clean apartment with a large balcony Nikos is very helpful and responds immediately. easy to reach location and convenient for restaurants and shops. it is not easy to park because it is in a paid area but just go up the parallel street to leave the car.
