Very good 1st floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Volos. Easy parking in the surrounding area. The property is spotless and beautifully decorated, it gives you a feeling of being hosted in a friendly house. The hostess was polite and communicative. Unique negative that there is no elevator for people with mobility needs.

I just want to give a big thankyou to Mike and Anastasia, what they have created here is beautiful. Our stay from minute one was just the most special thing, Mike greeted us with a big welcoming smile and was so helpful. Everything was spot on, Villa, pool, hot tub, surroundings were immaculate, and once we got there we felt at home straight away. We arrived there stressed and tired we left there invigorated and chilled. Try and get in the village if you can as well, it’s again something very special. We will be back 100% and I highly recommend that anyone should immerse themselves here, it’s wonderful. Thankyou so much Mike!

Had an amazing time in Portaria at Katerina and Emilios's beautiful home. They were such gracious hosts, and made us feel welcome immediately. The view from the house is breathtaking - really one-of-a-kind. The house itself is extremely charming. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many small touches, like walnuts/fruits/milk that made us feel welcome. An incredible place to come back to after touring the Pelion region during the days. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and a very private location. Views are breathtaking! Felt like at home as the house was well equipped and spacious. Amazing and very supportive communication. The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!

It’s a well maintained yard with room to park my motorcycle behind a fence. I stayed in the studio (there are several appartement) and it has everything I need. Though the kitchen is pretty basic. All in all a pleasant place to stay.

Great views from the house and terrace, truly quiet and peaceful. Very spacious inside and outdoors. A grand terrace that has alot of seating to enjoy the great weather.

A door from the house opens directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. The floor, with a physiancée, thoughtful, classic for a Pelion house, but not heavy. Lovely fireplace to see, mansions and crafted bathroom. Very nice options in the colors of the walls and the style of the bedroom. The view to Volos is filling. Sparkling clean too. The only problem on the Internet for which the apartment is not responsible, as the data did not work well either, had a circular signal, at times. Because of this there was a problem with the gps on the way back in the evening soI suggest that no one comes back from Ano Meria, the gps is confused. It's a super easy from Iolkos. Handsome without general and Louisa helpful at both the beginning and end with the time facilitation at check out, very positive. The price is definitely the quality of the apartment in relation to the distance from Volos. It turns you on to go back for sure.

Great place for a small company

A very quiet and nice place with very responsive hosts to our requests. Although the inhabited AIRBNB description appeared to be equipped with MSR this does not exist in our cottage. This aspect was solved by the host immediately through the cleaning service of the complex where the house is located. A place to stay where it is very possible to come back.

Beautiful host, beautiful house with all the amenities. The only problem was the bathroom, in the description it says 1 bathroom + 1 toilet with a shower, when in fact one is just a toilet and a second toilet with a shower. For a 6 person stay, I think 1 more shower is missing. Everything else was perfect, for every recommendation!

Beautiful space One of two attached vacation rentals ( there are neighbors ) Tastefully decorated apartment, stunning view, amazing pool. Small kitchen, but with almost all the necessities. There is no walkability from the property but only on the drive.

It is a wonderful house full of atmosphere and character. Enjoyed cooking outside and the bathroom is also in a separate part of the garden. The swimming pool is lovely and deep. The garden is beautifully kept. Lovely relaxing quiet place.

Excellent place. Very refined decoration. Breathtaking view. Fully equipped (nothing missing)! Only downside is the very small road to access the place (but in all fairness we never had any problem!). Highly recommended! We had a wonderful time.

We had a magical time in Olga's house! The first thing that struck us was the natural coolness on what was a series of very hot days (about 40 degrees C). It's built so that air circulates through. The second thing is that it's a home and not just a rental property. It's clear that Olga and her family have spent a lot of time here, and it feels as comfortable and well-equipped as your own home would be. Everything is meticulously clean and organised. The location is beautiful, with an amazing view over the city of Volos below. The garden is an oasis of green and colourful flowers. The terrace has a stone table that is in the shade all day long thanks to an overhanging tree and the strategically placed parasol. The pool is simply stunning, and a good size for our 6-person family. The water in the house comes from the mountain spring and is super clean and delicious. The picturesque village of Portaria is a 15-minute walk up the hill, and has a number of good restaurants. Olga was very easy to communicate with - we did this through the AirBnB chat function as well as Whatsapp, in German. We would advise that you use a car rather than a van if possible, as the drive is quite steep.

A wonderful place in nature with incredible views. Very well-kept accommodation and comfortable for families, with attention to detail. Mrs. Dimitra is very friendly and interesting from the first moment, and her little granddaughter is incredible, she was very nice with our children and many dives in the pool!!
