I had a great stay at Bailey Fields in Sheffield. The location was incredibly convenient—close to the university, city centre, shops, and public transport, making it easy to get around. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend your place to my friends!

A lovely lovely place to stay for two weeks! The buildings are beautiful and right by the river, the flat is comfortable and clean, and the whole place has a sense of community that it was fun to dip into. Would absolutely stay here again while visiting Sheffield.

Perfect spacious studio! The neighbourhood is excellent, cute shops and cafés, bus stops just minutes away. And Elisabeth was so helpful with local recommendations.

The location was perfect for us. It was very quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful. The flat was a good size and ideal for two couples. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you would need to be comfortable. The parking was a big bonus.

The accom itself is great, everything you need for a nice nights stay and it's location is perfect for going to some great restaurants and pubs all walking distance. Just looks a little rough from the outside and parking isn't ideal. Otherwise it's well worth the money!

Easily one of the prettiest and best equipped Airbnb's I've been to so far. The flat has absolutely everything you need as well as lots of little extras (such as a record player and cozy blankets for the sofa) that made the flat stand out from others. The flat was also very modern and well built. I never heard any noise from any neighbours - which was great for me given that I was on a business trip and needed to work. It has massive modern windows that open completely to the inside (like windows on the European continent), meaning that the flat is likely to be very comfortable during hot summer days, when most British flats don't have windows large enough to let enough cooler air in at night. The city centre is only 10 minutes away on foot. I cannot recommend the flat highly enough!!

The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

Great stay. Apartment was lovely, bright and comfortable and clean. We needed to be close to Ponds Forge and it was perfect for this as well as the centre of town. Would definitely stay again.

Great space with plenty of room. Well appointed and very convenient to be able to choose the bed lay out. Location is in a lovely part of Sheffield with access to wide variety of amenities.

We had a great two night stay and everything was perfect for a girls time away. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. There were some lovely personal touches provided such as cookies and toiletries and Christine was a great host. The location is ideal with bars and restaurants within walking distance, friendly locals and it’s very easy to get a taxi into the city centre. I would definitely return and recommend this apartment. A great weekend was had by all!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.

Had an amazing few nights at the Heathcote Hideaway. We’ve stayed in some beautiful places before but nothing comes close to here ! The cottage was absolutely pristine, had everything you could ever need, with some lovely home touches. Such peaceful surroundings and a stunning view from the hot tub. Thank-you for our stay, we hope to return !
