Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Necker, Paris

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Un week-end tout simplement magique ! Les enfants étaient émerveillés du début à la fin, tout comme nous. Nous avons célébré l’anniversaire de mon conjoint en famille autour d’un barbecue, dans un cadre parfait pour créer de beaux souvenirs. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille, et ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Un vrai bonheur pour petits et grands ! Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés. Hote très réactif et super sympa :)

Ótima localização, anfitriã sempre respondia rapidamente, o espaço é exatamente como mostram as fotos. Agradeço o quiche deixado para nós no dia que chegamos, estava muito bom. Gostaria sugerir uma cortina naquela porta de vidro que fica no quarto, nos sentimos desconfortáveis com a falta de privacidade e com a claridade que entra , por isso improvisei um lençol para colocar.

El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, el entorno es lindo y muy tranquilo. Hermoso alojamiento (super recomendable). Hanney respondió rápidamente y estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada. LLegamos muy tarde en la noche y para retirar las llaves hay que ir a un negocio (hay que tener en cuenta esto para hacer el check in)

非常喜欢房间的装饰，里面有很多图书、DVD和照片，屋主一定是个很有生活情趣的人。我们也充分使用了厨房，帮助我们在没胃口的时候自己做饭。公寓的位置也很优越，步行五分钟可以去地铁站，夜晚也很安静。唯一一点不足之处是在6楼，实际上是七层楼，如果带很多行李的话，爬楼有点累。

L’alloggio di Corentin è perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persona e si trova in una posizione fantastica: vicino a due diverse linee della metro, supermarket e boulangerie letteralmente sotto casa, diversi ristoranti interessanti nei dintorni. Noi ci siamo spostati quasi sempre a piedi, 30min da Torre Eiffel o giardini di Lussemburgo. Corentin è stato molto gentile avvisandoci appena l’alloggio era pronto, prima dell’orario previsto del check in. L’appartamento era inoltre dotato di tutto e perfettamente corrispondente alle foto. Il terrazzino una chicca! Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

地下鉄の駅が近くスーパーも隣のビルにあり便利でした。 キッチン設備もとても良く揃っています。 アパートの共用エリアも綺麗に清掃されています。 予定より大分遅れて着きましたがオーナーの対応が温かくてホッとしました。

Estuvimos alojados durante tres días. Después de recorrer la ciudad, regresar al apartamento era como volver a casa: cómodo y acogedor. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de dos paradas de metro, lo que facilitó mucho nuestros traslados. A solo 20 minutos de la Torre Eiffel. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además, hay un supermercado Carrefour justo enfrente. Aymeric fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Muy recomendable.

Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Es ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Alles war gut organisiert, und ich empfehle dieses Airbnb weiter!

Louis's appartment was really nice, the location is perfect, metro and supermarkets are close and you are very quick in the city. The communication with Louis was not complicated and he gave us some tips where to go for groceries. The only thing was that the appartment was a little dusty but otherwise everything was perfect. We can recommend Louis's appartment!

Stayed here a couple nights when in Paris. Good location. 5-10min walk to the metro. 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Small apartment but a good location in a quiet neighborhood which was great for our stay.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location is great with many great restaurants at door step and within walking distance. Great shops close by. Two metro lines close by. Great way to love around city! Love that condo is nice ,clean and bright. Great windows that allow in light. Entry thru courtyard is secured. Always felt safe going in and out. Hostess ‘s nice welcome gift of delightful local treat! And love that hostess has live flowering plants in window boxes. Really felt like home away from home. Great place that we would love to come back to!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Anna left detailed check in instructions including photo. She was extremely responsive. Area is very accessible to eiffel tower, room is small but efficient and clean.
