Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Necker, Paris

We really enjoyed our stay at Clement’s place. He was extremely friendly and gave us a small tour of the apartment, explaining all the important features. He was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, which helped a lot. The apartment itself was beautiful and surrounded by nice restaurants and cafés. We would definitely recommend this place!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in San Sebastián! The space was spotless, well-appointed, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the host’s exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond with her thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, local spots, and things to do—each one was a hit and made my visit even more memorable. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and every detail was handled with care and kindness. While there was some construction noise from a neighboring building during my stay, it was completely outside her control and didn’t detract much from the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a welcoming and enriching stay in beautiful San Sebastián!

Very good stay at Arielle's, apartment very well located, functional, easy to access and close to public transport. Close to everything and far from nuisances. Perfect for a stay in Paris where you don't want to eat at a restaurant for every meal! Arielle is very responsive, clear and welcoming.

We could walk to many museums from the apartment. Decent restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious. Alix was very responsive to our inquiries and gave great advice. This was a great place to stay in comfort while visiting and exploring Paris!

This place was just perfect for us! Centrally located, an easy walk to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops and Paris “must sees”. Our host was so quickly helpful when we needed some assistance. Our flat was clean and well decorated but the view of the Eiffel Tower was what made this place a really great find. A super view!! Highly recommend!

Sylvie has a great place in a nice location. If you want peace in Paris and accessibility to the main fanfare via train then this is your place. The Airbnb was spotless, well kept. The host incredibly proactive and helpful. Would stay again!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

I'm so glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The house is uniquely and interestingly designed, just like the pictures and descriptions.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide us with a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche activities. There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Absolutely perfect location, private but also in the middle of everything. The louvre, gardens, and so many cafes are within walking distance. The metro is also very close. We look forward to visiting again.

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

We loved our stay at Gregory’s apartment! His communication was second to none! That view! It is to die for! We loved our time looking at the Eiffel Tower during the day and as it lit up at night. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked-even with spices, if you are like us and want to do basic cooking. There is a Franprix grocery store right around the corner. *Bonus* The espresso maker. We have a nice one at home. But in my husband’s words, “this one is epic”. Incredible location and extremely responsive and helpful host. I left some artwork behind and Emma not only checked the Airbnb for it, but offered to find a replacement for me when it wasn’t there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to Paris in the future!

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

The accomodation is very beautiful. Isobel is a person with a great taste! also the location is perfect for chilling. As mentioned the rooms are generally without the doors but closed with curtains and well modernized. would visit here again
