Beautiful small apartment for up to 4 people in a panel house near the historical center of Hradec Králové and Šimkov sady. The apartment has outdoor blinds, a very comfortable raised bed for 2 on which you will rest beautifully. A kitchen that offers everything you need for cooking and a living room with a large TV, armchairs, and a sofa bed (you can not unfold) ,but you can sleep, plus you can use a sofa bed. In the bathroom you will find a bath, washing machine and dryer. The great advantage of free parking in front of the house. Looking forward to your visit :)

We went to explore the city and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Beautiful apartment right in the city center. But in a very peaceful environment. The apartment has beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Modern and very aesthetic. It has everything a person needs and even something extra. Mrs. Adéla is a great host and whatever we needed, she was immediately available. If you go to Hradec to spend the night, I can highly recommend it.

We were happy with Paul's accommodation. The apartment is near the center and everything you need is within walking distance (grocery store, restaurant…). The apartment is cozy and tastefully furnished. The communication with the owner was excellent and the owner accommodated us in handing over the keys, for which we were very grateful.

Beautiful modern cabin with a nice view. Well-equipped kitchens, a nice stone for flooding, and a large TV for evening entertainment. Ample wood in resources. Beautiful sauna with a great view. We were on New Year's Eve, so we didn't try the hot tub, but it looked very good. It was beautiful quiet in the cottage area, and even if there are several cabins around, we didn't know about the neighbors at all. If you go dogs like us, you'll appreciate two large meadows right next to the cabin. Just be aware that the cottage is not fenced. I definitely recommend for us!

This is a fantastic house in a beautiful location. Everything is clean and clutter-free. A herd of sheep lives in the fenced meadow under the house. You can spend hours watching them from the open living room, immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings 🐑. When booking the place, I was worried there would be no AC, as summers are known to be hot in Czechia. Fortunately, the house is on a hill, and there's always a light breeze. Opening the windows is enough for a comfortable stay and sleep, even on a hot day. The internet connection is OK for browsing and one Zoom call. When we had two parallel Zoom calls, it started to lag, and one of us had to leave. Romana responds very fast and helps with every detail of your stay. She offered to let us use the veggies from her garden, so we had yummy, fresh salads every day 🥗.
