Holiday rentals with a patio in Neath Port Talbot

A great downstairs property with a walk-in shower and lovely view. Perfect for our needs.

Lily's house is pristine! From the moment we walked in everything felt just right. I loved the cutleries and tableware, the cosy living room and warm bedroom. I don't think I have been to a cleaner air bnb. There was no shower gel but bath soap was provided. It was walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to like the Singleton park, Swansea Beach and Swansea University. And grocery stores as well as the bus stop was just 10 mins walk away. We had a lovely stay and would come back again !

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views! The apartment is situated in a lovely and peaceful location, with only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. It was great to wake up every morning to the view of Langland Bay and the sounds of the sea, we even spotted seals in the bay! There is a lovely coastal walk to Caswell Bay and Three Cliffs Bay and Mumbles is literally a 5 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return - sad to leave!

Our stay was beautiful! The apartment was stunning, the pictures don’t do this interior justice. It was clean, warm and we had the best night sleep! There were so many lovely little editions for our kids too including colouring books, board games and beach toys. The local area was quiet but with the beach, a playground and restaurant on our door step, our first day meant we had everything we needed whilst we navigated the local area. The welcome book was really thorough as well! The pages on things to do was really helpful and we ended up going to dinosaur park for the day- a great choice! We would definitely recommend this apartment and location!

Amazing place. The rooms are clean and big, and furnitures are great. The environment is beautiful and the seaside looks brilliant. The staff Beth is very friendly and sorted our issues immediately. Definitely 5 star recommend!

A lovely home from home, the apartment is furnished well, with everything you could need at hand in the kitchen. Helen and Jonathan were extremely helpful and responsive, wonderful hosts. A very cozy, warm apartment and kept very clean. Ideal location for early morning walk along the beach front or lazy stroll as the sunsets, nice views and plenty of fresh air. Parking for 1 car allocated and right on the door step also handy. If we visit the area again we would look to stay here again.

Myself and the kids had a fab stay in this spotless, cosy annex that was so well located for waterfalls, walks and ZipWorld! The space was very clean and had all the comforts we needed, including comfy beds and a good shower. A note to others staying here - there are curtains on the rooms instead of doors which was totally fine for us but did mean we had to keep the TV low after the littlest had gone to bed! ;) Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This is the 1st time we have stayed her but won't be the last. Lovely big apartment, beautiful views, absolutely spotless there. The bathroom was big with a lovely bath, had everything we needed in the kitchen. The file with places to go is a lovely touch so are the cans of pop, biscuits and bottle water the girls loved them. Both bed were super comfortable, had a lovely night sleep each night. Got lost in the parking garage haha but security came to help, Like a maze down there haha. Had quick responses and very helpful. Thank you for having us and we hope we get to stay again. 100% I would recommend for a family trip.

We booked the property for a 30th birthday surprise for me niece as she lives in Exeter and we hadn't seen her for her birthday. The place was amazing so spacious, we loved the hot tub, the games room, well all of it. In the kitchen there is everything that you would need, Heidi has covered everything that you could need. We had a small problem with the hot tub and messaged Heidi and she replied straight away. The bedrooms are so luxurious and again everything you need was there, hairdryers, iron, towels. We went out for lunch on Sunday to The Loft was so lovely and Heidi gave us a discount code so we had 10% discount. We will definitely be booking again and definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Heidi for bring such a good host and letting us stay at your wonderful propery

Donald's Airbnb is in a lovely location, easy to check in, very useful having the garage for our motorcycles. The bungalow is spotless, beds are very comfortable, excellent shower, great kitchen and amenities. If I was in that location again I would definitely stay there again.

Came from the midlands for a couple of nights to watch Wrestlemania with some friends. The TV was the main reason we came but everything else was as described. Cleanliness and a cosy living space was what stood out to us. I’d definitely look into coming back for another event if you have up to 2 or 3 other friends

This was one of the best Airb&b we have stayed at. Comfortable, clean and in perfect condition. We had a 4 night stay because of a wedding close by. The Angel is a great pub/restaurant a few minutes walk away and of course walking distance to the waterfalls. Easy to access and park. Lovely place to stay

This is a fantastic place to stay. Marc was extremely friendly and had a good chat on check in. Excellent host. He had lots of local recommendations, walks and food. Basically the place was perfect and the great value. Stayed in some rubbish cabins that were double the price of this house. It’s a great location to base yourself. I’d thoroughly recommend and would like to return sometime for a longer stay. There wasn’t really any negatives.

We have been in Wales for 2 weeks and this was the NICEST place we stayed. Absolutely gorgeous cottage right on the river. Slept like a baby. Everything you need. Wish we had stayed longer

We had a wonderful four-day stay at Mélanie’s house with our four children. The home is fully equipped and very comfortable — everything we needed was there. Mélanie provided clear and helpful instructions that made settling in effortless, and communication with her was always smooth and timely. The house is ideally located, surrounded by stunning scenery and great hiking trails. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature as a family. We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment right on the beach. Tremendous location with plenty of things to do all within walking distance, and plenty of friendly local restaurants and bars. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with all amenities, and the things you need to get started. There is an outstanding House and Local Information manual which is one of the best we have seen. The host is superb and very communicative and responsive. Overall we loved the apartment, the location and our stay. To help others: probably more suitable for two adults rather than four, although the second bedroom sleeps three more people. And for anyone with mobility issues the apartment is on the top, second floor, and the second set of (outdoor) stairs might be a bit steep. There is a nice outside space at that top level which is handy, especially if there is a smoker in the party, as they don’t need to go downstairs for a smoke. Overall excellent - very highly recommended.

This place is wonderful and Gill is a great host. So friendly but also allows you the privacy you need. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the impression from the photos and the view and surroundings on the common are beautiful with the horses regularly roaming outside. Loved this stay and would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The communication from booking to leaving was fantastic. The flat is spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has been put into it too make guest extremely comfortable. It was great sitting on the large veranda area in the evening as the sun went down. By far this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We will be booking again and again. Beverley was an excellent host that communicated with ease and attentiveness. The place is just lovely and they have done a great job with the space they have and a lovely little seating are to add to the charm. It has its own entrance and feels very private and secure. Really nice place and pretty convenient with the road

We have had a lovely few days at Lina's apartment, wow, the apartment was stunning and clean. Soo quiet and relaxing. Beautiful view over the Marina. Co-op soo close. We could walk to the town so easily. Lovely chinese restaurant very close. Also other lovely food places very close. Cant wait to go back. Thank you Lina xxx
