Holiday rentals with beach access in Nea Poteidaia

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

Η κ. Νατάσα ήταν άψογη σαν οικοδεσπότης, έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος, δεν απαίτησε την αποχώρηση μας από το χώρο πρίν της 11 , όπως συμβαίνει συνήθως. Ήταν απόλυτα συνεργάσιμη. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ σύγχρονα επιπλωμένο, με ολα τα είδη πρώτης ανάγκης (π.χ εμφιαλωμένα νερά, σίδερο/ σιδερώστρα, διάφορες μηχανές του καφέ, τοστιέρα,ψυγείο μεγάλο, πλυντήριο (ακόμα και καλάθι για τα άπλυτα) κτλ). Άνετο μπαλκόνι + αυλή για να παίζουν τα παιδιά. Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ (οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά).

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Herzlichen Dank auch an Rafail. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Er hat meinen Mann früh morgens zum Bahnhof nach Thessaloniki gefahren. Außerdem war der CheckOut flexibel. Unser Flug ging spät abends, so dass wir nicht Punkt 11 Uhr raus mussten. herzlichen Dank für die Goodies.

Kyriakos dürüst, centilmen ve cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kendi evimiz kadar rahat ettik. Abartısız söylüyorum: Daha önce bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmadım. Kyriakos o kadar tecrübeli ki, her soruma hızla cevap verdi ama bir şey sormama pek gerek kalmadı. Bize harita pinleriyle birlikte, gerekli olabilecek ve önerebileceği her yer, restoran ve plajın listesini attı. Önerdiği her yere hayran kaldık. 3.günün sabahı temiz havlularımızı kapıda asılı bulduk. Biz yorumların aksine evi küçük bulmadık. Mutfakta birkaç kez yemek yedik ve her şeyi rahatça hazırlayabildik. Balkonu dinlenmek için mükemmel. Dolap kıyafetlerimizi rahatça aldı. Yatak rahattı. Biz varmadan klimayı açmıştı ama gerek kalmadı. Geceleri serin ve güzeldi. Bölge sessiz ve sakin. Yakındaki plaj gayet kullanışlı. Araç için şahsi ve gölgelik yer var. Teşekkür ederiz Kyriakos, umarım tekrar geleceğiz!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ioannes war wirklich wunderbar. Die Beschreibung der Bilder entspricht genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben: die Wohnung war modern und ästhetisch eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Vom Sonnenschirm für den Strand über Bügelbrett bis zu Töpfen und Pfannen war alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Und dazu befindet man sich noch direkt am Meer! Ioannes war sehr sympathisch und hat uns freundlich in Kalyves empfangen. Besonders gut hat uns die Flexibilität und Gastfreundschaft von Ioannes gefallen: wir konnten nicht nur morgens um 01.00 Uhr (aufgrund des sehr späten Flugs) problemlos in die Wohnung einchecken, sondern wurden auch noch mit einer Kleinigkeit zu essen begrüßt. Der Kontakt mit Ioannes war angenehm, reibungs- und problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

We had a great time in the apartment and it offered all we needed. Really enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while watching the sea on the balcony. And thank You Minos for the great communication and arranging our taxi transfer from and to the airport. :)

Herşey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Panos tüm bilgileri detaylı olarak verdi. Temiz, düzenli ve huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdik. İhtiyacımız olan her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. Bir kaç adımda denize ulaşmak , manzara, veranda da oturduğunuzda denizin sesini duymak mükemmel bir duygu. Tekrar gitmek isteriz.

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in dem Haus am Meer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer haben wir zu den Mahlzeiten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Platz, gepflegt und sauber, es hat alles was es für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Dimitri und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen kann oder auch wo schöne Strände zum Baden sind. Vielen Dank – es war sehr schön hier und ist sehr empfehlenswert .

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Wir waren hier Ende Mai und sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber dennoch viele Restaurants und kleine Cafés in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle Ausstattungen wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Checkin war sehr einfach und flexibel. Wir konnten nach Absprache sogar schon vormittags um 11 Uhr einchecken. Es gab zwar kein privaten Parkplatz an der Unterkunft, aber immer genügend Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

Clean, peaceful had everything we needed for our three day stay. Hara and her family were more than kind and welcoming. The house was beautiful and right next to the sea! Would def recommend for a quiet and chill vacation!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Sie liegt etwas vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, ca 45 min zu Fuß, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, weil man die ganze Strecke am Wasser entlang gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Highlight war die Terasse, von der man sehr schön aufs Wasser gucken konnte. Wir würden immer wieder bei Sofia Buchen. 😊

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
