Holiday rentals with beach access in Nea Poteidaia

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

Mrs. Natasa was impeccable as a host, gave clear instructions for the location of the apartment, did not require us to leave the premises before 11, as is usually the case. She was perfectly cooperative. The house was very modernly furnished, with all the necessities (e.g. bottled water, iron/ironing board, various coffee machines, toaster, large refrigerator, washing machine (even a laundry basket), etc.). Comfortable balcony + courtyard for children to play. Thank you very much (family with two young children).

We were there with 3 adults and 2 children and felt very comfortable. The property is very clean and maintained. Pool was cleaned daily. Many thanks also to Rafail. He was very courteous and super nice. He drove my husband to the train station in Thessaloniki early in the morning. In addition, the check-out was flexible. Our flight was late in the evening, so we didn't have to leave at 11 o'clock. Thank you very much for the goodies.

Kyriakos’ place was awesome! It looked even better than the pictures. The host was responsive and helped us with recommendations and everything we needed. The surroundings are peaceful and wonderful. Can’t wait to come again!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Our stay at Ioannes was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice vacation was there. And you are right by the sea! Ioannes was very likeable and welcomed us kindly in Kalyves. We particularly liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: we were not only able to check into the apartment at 1:00 a.m. (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and problem-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a great time in the apartment and it offered all we needed. Really enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while watching the sea on the balcony. And thank You Minos for the great communication and arranging our taxi transfer from and to the airport. :)

A place like a paradise, we felt like home! Panos was very friendly, always checked on us if we need anything. Definitely want to stay there again, it felt like our private and peaceful holiday home.

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

We experienced the proverbial Greek hospitality with Dimitris and family, always responsive, helpful, accommodating. Nea Fokeia is a clean place, very suitable for excursions in all directions. The location of the accommodation in the middle of the local action, beach, restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance. The house is tastefully furnished, bathroom a bit cramped, the sunrise, view from the veranda over the golf course, Sithonia to Athos made us forget the negatives, we felt completely comfortable.

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Clean, peaceful had everything we needed for our three day stay. Hara and her family were more than kind and welcoming. The house was beautiful and right next to the sea! Would def recommend for a quiet and chill vacation!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
