Great apartment, right by the sea with an amazing view and just a few steps to the beach. The apartment was super clean and had everything you may need for your stay. Niko is a great host, very helpful and always there for you. Definitely recommended!

Gerçekten ismi gibi cennet bir yer. Yeşil bahçesi, güzel meyve ağaçları ve çiçeklerle bir tatili geçirmek çok güzeldi. Ev sahiplerimiz ise tanıştığımız en muhteşem, en cana yakın ev sahipleri. Geldiğimiz andan itibaren bize bir çok ikram da bulundular. Ayrılırken de bizi hediyelerle uğurladılar. Sakin ve huzurlu bir yer tercih ediyorsanız kesinlikle doğru adres burası. Bahçe gece ve gündüz ayrı ayrı çok güzel manzaraya sahip. Deniz çok yakın ve tüm sahil inanılmaz sakin. Evin temizliği çok güzeldi. Evde ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey vardı. Tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yine burayı tercih ederiz.

we stayed 8 nights in this apartment and we felt excellent. The position of the apartment complex in front of the beach and the promenade street with shops and taverns is very close. the complex is new, the furniture is of high quality and carefully arranged. The appliances are also of high quality. The pool is 9 meters long, but for a morning workout it is welcome. The pool water was warm and very clean. access with pets is allowed, they have a lawn where they can roam. Although I stayed in the second week of September, I had very good beach weather and warm sea water. We drew a winning card this tourism year! And one more thing for fishermen: excellent fishing spots in the sea and in the Old Port of Limani (about 8km away) and in the Struma River.

We had a very pleasant experience, and would reccomend this to anyone wishing to stay in Kavala! Great communication with the hosts, and a nice apartment. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay!

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

O locuință superbă cu o priveliște minunată. Gazda a făcut recomandări în privința restaurantelor , magazinelor și activităților de pe insula. Parcare suficientă pentru 3-4 mașini , casa fiind amplasata într-o zona liniștită , lipsită de gălăgie in orice moment al zilei.

Sakin bir tatil yapmak için gayet güzel bir yer. Evde tek tuvalet olmasından başka bir eksik yoktu. Ev sahibi giriş çıkış konusunda çok esnek davrandı.

Evangelia's Oasis Villa is a great place. It has everything you need for your family vacation.The yard and the patio are great.You can sit outside and relax there.The villa is close to the beach and all restaurants.We had a great time.

We loved this place and felt like home. Everything was clean, the balcony views were incredibly beautiful, you can see the sea while you drink your coffee in the morning. The beach is very close, like a 7 minutes walk. There are many restaurants and tavernas near the sea side and a supermarket very close to the house. We recommend trying the beach buggy like we did, from the car and Moto rental service near de house (5min walk). Despina is very kind, responsive and always helpful. We recommend this place if you want a cosy place with a very welcoming vibe.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

Прекрасный апартамент, чистый, для приготовления еды имеется все необходимое плита, посуда, так же есть кофемашина и много капсул кофе. Чистое белье, кондиционер есть в каждой комнате-что очень важно.Парковка бесплатная около дома-всегда было место. И конечно, собака, которую полюбили все отдыхающие. Спасибо, мы обязательно вернемся!

Къщата се намира на чудесно място, близо до плажа и до всички заведения. Двете спални бяха достатъчно големи. Банята е доста малка. Всекидневната също е малка, но това се компенсира от наличието на много приятна и просторна веранда. Дворът е чудесен. Домакините бяха много гостоприемни и отзивчиви.
